The apartment is ideally located – only 2 minutes' walk to the city center and in 5 minutes you are already on the beach. The apartment was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Lovely apartment! Clean, neat, private and everything you need was available. There were all kinds of gifts ready and even treats for my dog.️🍀 Within 3 minutes I was in the dunes and a 10-minute walk to the 🏖️ beach 👍🏼 Even the center was only an 8-minute walk. I would definitely recommend this nice place!

Very great apartment, quiet location, centrally located, great outdoor area well suited for relaxing. Contact for questions with the landlord very good. We had a very nice stay with our dog. Lots of space for the 3 of us, good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Secure garden for the dog and great walking options in the forest and near the lake. Close to the sea. I would highly recommend and I am panning future trips.

From the beginning to the end of our short stay, the experience was like being on vacation from minute one. The tiny house, the area and the complex immediately led to forgetting the still fresh everyday life. We felt like we had landed somewhere else in the world with the plane. A beautiful ambience of the complex, you are really very private and everyone was very respectful, relaxed and friendly. Every once in a while, a fox came to visit in the morning. The perfect location to watch the sun set in the sea. Dogs were also no problem among themselves as no one ran around freely. And we ourselves had a dog with us and everything was perfect. Even for the luggage there were small wheelbarrows so the transport was also not an issue and parking right in front of the entrance. A café with vegan drinks and food. Just perfect.

Cute Appartement, Close to The beach. Host are super nice and give valuable Info proactively before stay. Especially concerning parking you should follows their advise and book your parking Spot in advance to save a lot of Money:) Stairs to The Appartment are narrow ans steep. Think about it, when your Dog is Not good in climbing stairs. The rooftop terrace ist a supernice extra Feature. Thank you for everything

There is no way to top the location of this apartment. Walking distance to the beach, the Strand and the many restaurants on Keizerstraat.

How we enjoyed it. We had a long weekend with the family including grandpa, child and doggies. A large enclosed garden where the dogs could play and run freely. Hammocks that our teenager has hung in. A fire bowl where we grilled marshmallows in the evening. The biggest highlights were the bbq and the hot tub we made maximum use of. A quiet area, cottage that is complete, a hostess who was quickly accessible and friendly. Beautiful hiking trail towards Bergharen. An escaperoom at Fundustry. We will definitely come back. Located in a vacation home complex, which is generally very quiet and relaxing. The house is very efficiently used with 3 bedrooms and is very well equipped. The location is phenomenal! Direct lake access on one side and fantastic nature on the other. There is only one point that could be improved. Check-in was only possible between 4 PM and 5 PM. There must be no traffic jam etc. on the way, because the reception is then also closed. Improvement: Barbecuing is only allowed with gas - either each house should have a gas barbecue or there should be some kind of gathering place where you can book slots for barbecuing.

Great and comfortabel place beautifully decorated fully matching the description and photos. Very easy to communicate with the hosts who are very responsive. Hosts asked us if we would like some Christmas decoration as we stayed here over Christmas period which was very appreciated. Will definitely stay here again.

Patrick was a very good host. He was super quick to respond and took care of all concerns. The place was very nice, clean and is close to the beach. we were very satisfied and had a great stay.

Everything is great. Marcel and his wife help with everything, are very friendly and relaxed. We rented Marcel's electric boat and took a tour of the canals and lake. It was wonderful. Marcel briefed us well. Thanks!

Overall, we had a very nice getaway. The place is super nice. We and our daughter especially enjoyed the beach with playground and large bounce pillow.

A lovingly furnished house with everything you need. Even replacement batteries for the remote control were not lacking. The beach, bars and restaurant are also within walking distance. An extralob must be pronounced separately to the host. Open to any question at all times and always helpful. We felt very comfortable and the holiday was really nice. 🙏🙏🙏🤗

Very nice and quiet surroundings. Angelo is extremely nice and responded to my messages right away and helped me accordingly. Arrival is best during reception opening hours. Very nice woman at the reception, very happy to help and communication was easy in German. The apartment was very clean, smelled good and was very nicely furnished. Extremely suitable for a quiet vacation with trips to the beach! The sunset at the place is fantastic. All in one a successful vacation! Definitely worth a visit!

The place was nice, clean and has a great location! Everything is very easily accessible on foot - beach, supermarket and train station. The apartment is small but perfectly sufficient for two people. There is everything you need for a short vacation. Everything was clean and tidy. Mick and Brigitte always responded quickly to messages and welcomed us very warmly!

A beautiful and very clean apartment overlooking the sea, which can be reached in just a few meters on foot. For the cold season, in addition to the well-functioning heating, two beautiful wool blankets for the sofa would be quite nice. I really enjoyed the bedroom in the pointed floor. The beds were extremely pleasant and comfortable. However, there are several to know that the pointed floor to the 2nd bedroom has stairs up without a door. In my opinion, however, is not an obstacle to living in this beautiful apartment with several people.

We had a great time at Hans & Marian's. The location is perfect for discovering the flower fields area and enjoying the beach. Everything is accessible by bike, the beach 10min and the park of keukenhof 15min. We had two small children (3 and 6 years old) who loved the play areas in the holiday park and the games for the children present in the house. Communication with Hans & Marian was very friendly and very fluid. Thanks again for a great stay 😊

We had a lovely week at the end of February. Sometimes it was a little fresh in the apartment, but Sylvia immediately improved that. The location of the apartment is top, everything is within easy reach . Communication was always prompt and very nice. The apartment is hard of hearing, but that didn't bother us at all, it is also pointed out, so we were prepared.

Everything was just as expected! Really a nice place to visit and worth returning to.
