Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs ni avec d'autres locataires, ni avec les hôtes. Parking 2 voitures. The neighborhood is quiet, and the building is well maintained (see photo). Close to the Albertville-Annecy bike path, and a pretty body of water. Lake Annecy is a 20min drive. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, as it is not permitted in the building.
