Cottage of 60 sqm with private beach & older standard. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet and shower, and a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge and freezer, induction stovetop and oven. Sofa bed in the living room. Dining areas for 6 people both inside and outside on the patio facing the sea. Gas grill, parasol, access to private beach. Note that there are a couple of steps down to the beach (!) 3 kayaks, 1 double and 2 single, and a small rowboat are available during your stay. Welcome to our quiet cottage. Bed linens are included and it is made when you arrive. Bath towels for our hot outdoor shower are also included, of course. AC for your comfort and a sheltered patio with evening sun. Stairs down to the water and the terrace, where there is a rich birdlife and green nature. This is a farm from 1860 that we maintain and also supplement with solar panels and battery storage for the sake of nature. Plenty of space for parking and a full 2000 m2 of lawn to enjoy 10 minutes to central Uddevalla.

Newly-built house located next to our residential house but demarcated and with its own spaces. We hang out mostly on the other side, but of course we'll say hello if we see you on the balcony. Little dog will probably say hello too. Take the path down to the jetty and swim or walk to Henån's lively center with shops and several restaurants. Close to forest and land and a perfect starting point for day trips by bus or car to the pearls of the Bohuskusten.
