Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

We offer an apartment in the seaside resort of Zempin on the island of Usedom. The apartment was completed in June 2019, is located on the first floor and has modern amenities. The Achterwasser and the harbor of Zempin can be reached within 5 minutes' walk. The Baltic Sea and the spa square are a 10-minute walk away. In our seaside resort you will find a bakery, various restaurants and snacks, as well as a doctor. Shopping is available in the neighboring towns.

On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

You have your peace with us, we live in the same house, but everything is structurally separated from each other.... the village of Benz may not be for people who want to lie all day only on the beach, but a wonderful starting point for tours all over the island There are rarely buses....

The winter-resistant bungalow can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The farm has the cats Minky and Moppel. Breakfast is NOT included. The neighborhood is a NON-SMOKING HOUSE. It is NOT rented to dog owners. The house and property are not suitable for infants as there is a small garden pond near the cottage.
