Charmante maison à 40 km de la mer Baltique

In addition to an old rectory, we have developed a small ancillary building individually for ourselves, for friends and guests. Some things are modern, others still have the charm of times gone by. Many things seem to us to be coherent, some are still in the process of becoming. Nix is standard. What is not yet considered by us and makes sense for guests, can usually be supplemented quickly. The cottage is surrounded by a natural garden at the edge of the field, so it is located in a small, agriculturally active village.

The lakeside house offers a wonderful vacation with the most beautiful views of Lake Neuwarper, a bay of the Szczecin harbor. From the living room you have a magnificent view over the lake and the Riether Werder. You can reach the beach in 5 minutes. Ahlbeck is one of the three imperial baths on the island of Usedom. There are two apartments in the house. The renovation of the house began in 2018.
