Il y a beaucoup de services près du logement, une petite épicerie au coin et plusieurs bons restos. Un tramway passe en face, juste prévoir des bouchons si vous devez vous coucher tôt. Le lit est très confortable. Le logement était propre et exactement comme les photos. Tout était fonctionnel.

Laurie is very professional and proactive with all her messages. Her apartment is clean, spacious, and with all amenities. The flat is decorated with taste and comfort, leaving the guest feeling right out home. There were no issues or problems with anything, which is a really a great and welcoming feeling. Laurie is warm, caring, and puts the guest at easy right away. I am grateful, Laurie trusted me with her beautiful home. Thank you Laurie, I will book your flat again without hesitation. (P.S. very comfortable bed, cozy, couch, and excellent coffee machine made my mornings and evenings.)

Excellent séjour chez Thomas. L’appartement est bien placé avec tous les commerces à proximité, dans un quartier sympa, proche de la gare du midi à pied. L’appartement est très agréable, lumineux et dispose de tout le confort et de tous les équipements. Il est cosy et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Mention spéciale à la cour dont nous avons bien profité durant notre séjour. Enfin, Thomas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif qui nous est venu nous accueillir en personne. Je recommande fortement cet appartement et n’hésiterai à y revenir lors d’un prochain séjour à Bruxelles!

Super happy with the apartment! The space was perfect for 4 people and even though the weather wasn’t good enough to make use of the pool we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a nice neighborhood and the city center is easily accessible through public transport. It only takes a few minutes to reach the station and the quick walk takes you along a nice pond. Vincent was a great host and flexible regarding the check-in which was greatly appreciated as we had to arrive later than expected. We would definitely recommend this place for a nice weekend in the city!

We enjoyed our stay! We had a concert at the Vorst Nationaal, so were looking for a place to stay for one night. The apartment was even bigger then we thought, and everything was well organised. Clear instructions, and a walkable distance from Vorst Nationaal (20-30 min), enough shops within 5 min of walking, and within 15 minutes you can take the tram to the city centre. It was a very hot day, but thanks to all the windows and balcony the apartment cooled down pretty quickly at night. Mariya always responded very quickly. Would definitely stay again if we need to and recommend it to others! :)

Great apartment in a quiet residential area. Apt is comfortable and kitchen well equipped. Great comms from Isabel in terms of quick response times and ironing out any questions. Highly recommend

Very homely flat. Sunny balcony for morning coffees

Stayed in Mojgans place for two months. Very well kept and quiet place in a peaceful and green corner of Brussels. Few minutes walk from a huge park area and sufficient shopping opportunities nearby. The built-in toilet and shower provide maximum privacy. Mojgan is a friendly and proactive host that respects your privacy and always responds quickly to messages. To note, you have to bring your own towels & there is no washer provided (And the next laundromat is a bit far) Overall great value for money, would come again.

My husband and I stayed here during our month long trip to Europe. This was a perfect little spot for us while enjoying Brussels and had everything we needed. The apartment was very secure and quiet as it was not facing the street side. Our host Serge, went above and beyond helping us get there knowing we were not from Europe or familiar with the trains. He even met us at the train platform to guide us to the condo and offered to carry my backpack! I would definitely recommend.

Un très bon séjour dans cet appartement bien conçu, tout près de tout et pourtant au calme dans un beau quartier de Bruxelles où l'on peut tout faire à pied.Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse pour y déjeuner ou tout simplement ne rien faire et écouter le bruit du vent dans les arbres et les cahnts des oiseaux alors que nous sommes à deux pas d'une artère très passagère. Joanna est une hôtesse très accueillante et nous retournerons volontiers chez elle lors de notre prochain séjour à Bruxelles.

Gavin’s apartment is a literal dream. Everything is clean, tidy and has a beautiful aesthetic. Words can’t describe the roof terrace which we loved to sit for our morning espresso from the machine provided. Excellent communication and was able to help us out with an early check in. We can’t wait to visit again - thank you!

Die Wohnung ist super schön und sauber. Als es ein Problem mit dem Parkplatz gab war Max sehr hilfreich und immer gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder :)

This place was an absolute gem of a find, seriously book it!! What a gorgeous studio & host, we had the most amazing time, Lou was very accommodating to us. Arrived early in the day & without hesitating met us hours before the scheduled check in so we could drop our luggage & collect the keys - This was so helpful to us. Lou was warm, friendly & simply a delight - Took the time to go through recommendations of the area (& further afield as well), there's seriously so many good things we could say about her but unfortunately there is a character limit. The studio has everything that you could need at such an affordable price, Lou provided sleep masks (although we didn't use them), elssential toiletries & a fan which was great on the warmer days. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee pods/sachets and some little treats which we enjoyed. Bed/pillows were super comfy, the view of the skyline is absolutely stunning, location is very confinientfor all the main attractions, train station/metro

Great hosts, felt at home. It is noisy at night & windy since it is the 15th floor for anyone who is sensitive to those types of things but wasn’t an issue for us. Nice views, station right in front, good amenities. Would recommend & stay again!

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

I have been hosted in many houses in brussels via airbnb which were pretty nice and good, Lionels brought another special touch.....his warm welcome, the accuracy of his place and the feeling home we had with my family was very very special, we strongly recommend Lionels place, and we are thankful for the late check out he granted us. Lionel place is very near at less then 200m of important public transports: TRAM 3, TRAM 4, TRAM 7, TRAM 25 and TRAM 9 He is near BASIC FIT where one can go for sport, very nea DELHAISE a small mini mat for everything you would need as family for day to day living The garden behind the house in inside court is very wonderful my Kids used it for training as one of them is a football player... Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.

I had a great stay at Fernando’s apartment! The place is stylish, very clean, and exactly as described. Fernando was a friendly and helpful host, always quick to respond and made check-in easy. The location is also excellent — close to everything but still quiet and comfortable. Highly recommend!

This was a lovely place and only about 5 blocks from the train station. One thing to note, if coming from the train station, don't ask for a taxi just use Uber. I tried to get a taxi because i had a lot of luggage, and it was 88°F, and the taxi driver kicked me once he saw the address and I had to walk. They other thing, make sure you bring everything with you, there was no shampoo, gel soap or any snacks or water. It's strictly a place to stay. But, knowing all of this, I would definitely recommend! There's a patio or back, the bed and the couches were very comfortable, and i felt safe there.
