What a beautiful place in the green. Surely you would not thing of Belgium that it‘s the perfect summer location but it certainly was! The pictures we initially saw did not describe how laid back and chilled everything was. Beautiful greenery, a lovely natural pool with 5 fish! 🐠 The house was way large enough for us 5 friends and had enough space to have some privacy as well! Véronique and especially her son, Mathisse, were super helpful and were there once we asked for it!! Trust me: Go here, it was soo epic!

we couldn't fault Zsolt's place. we felt very at home and the place was perfectly located for our needs. And Zsolt was very helpful. we hope to be back and catch a warmer week-end to take advantage of the pool.

Stany's villa is fantastic and Stany is a great host! Responds very quickly to questions and always tries to think along. So I was allowed to check in earlier to decorate the house. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and the garden was beautiful! Very spacious villa, the bedrooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. Also plenty of space for a large group, also for all groceries. I would definitely come here again! We had a fantastic weekend.

We stayed at this villa for three days and it was just amazing, amazing, amazing! The villa is perfectly furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully thought out. The location is ideal, just minutes from Brussels. The setting is just perfect, even idyllic, with a relaxing atmosphere and beautiful scenery. Everything was absolutely perfect, exceeding all of our expectations. This villa is now part of our favorites, and we will definitely come back to it. The owner deserves a special mention: 10/10 without hesitation! He is above all human, understanding, and always available. Communication was smooth and enjoyable, making our stay much easier. We recommend this villa 100%, a real rare find

A great place to stay! We have been to the city many times and this place is exceptional! First, the property is exceptional, second the hosts are lovely and the suggestions guide is great! Third, the location is within 200 m of a great bakery, grocery story, cafe, restaurants, and public transportation. A VERY convenient and usable location which is located in a lovely part of the city. When I return I will rebook the location.

We stayed for just one night as we passed by Brussels. There were eight of us, and we all liked the place.

Took a minute to find it was down an alleyway but no fault of the host, it was lovely and cosey we felt right at home instantly, would highly recommend!

We had a great time in a very quiet environment, which we were particularly looking for. The rental is very faithful to the listing, we had no unpleasant surprises. Diane is always very responsive in exchanges. We were able to travel all around Wavre, it is conveniently located for visiting Belgium. I highly recommend this rental. ☺

We had a pleasant stay. The house is beautiful, clean and very nice, we were able to enjoy the terrace and the children the swing, the garden is superb, the neighborhood is great. Everything is clean, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, perfect for 2 families. The bus and train station are not far away.

The accommodation was very nice and clean. I had made a mistake and didn't see that the shower was separate. This was due to the curtains that went there no problem at all with a family! We felt very comfortable here. Thank you!

Great place to stay in Belgium. The space is big for a family, has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Stephen was kind and responsive whenever we required help.

This was a lifesaver after our original accommodation was cancelled last minute! It is a lovely home, even better than the photos capture. Our stay was fantastic. The house is large, secluded slightly away from the street, clean but with personal touches and character. Perfect for a big group to come together for big meals, with great transport links to travel to the centre and Ixelles with ease. Some nice bars in walking distance (recommend Et Cetera). Pierre was a great host, clear instructions for a stress-free check-in, proactive and helpful communication. So grateful for the warm welcome into your home!

The Tile House is a lovely little place that is clearly loved and well cared for by the hosts, who are pros. Great spot, as described, and a very nice stay.

Pierre is welcoming and has good advice. The accommodation is spacious and quiet and close to the train station to go to Brussels. Great for a great stay with friends in a home with tastefully chosen furniture.

Joffrey’s family home was perfect for my families visit to Brussels. A train ride away from the busy city centre, so a good location to relax after a busy day of exploring with local attractions available. Communication was excellent and all amenities as listed was provided. Would recommend and stay again when I return!

We had a great time at Géraldine's place. The accommodation is beautiful, subtly decorated and furnished. Everything is impeccably clean. The bed is very comfortable (we haven't slept so well in a long time). Check-in is very easy and Géraldine is at our disposal if necessary. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from a tram or bus stop, perfect for visiting the city center. i'd love to come back!

An extraordinary hidden garden and wood in the peaceful countryside - we woke to find ourselves in a magical place surrounded by beautiful parkland with two lakes including baby ducklings - the house is light and airy - the kitchen very well equipped , the bed linen clean and crisp and the conservatory has a wonderful view over the garden - we hope to find an excuse to return to this gem which makes an ideal romantic getaway
