The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Stylish, single-story, 100-m² designer villa, adjacent to the Salzburg Lake District, with pool, garden shower, and mountain views. 5–15 minutes by car to 4 different lakes. 25 minutes by car to the festival city of Salzburg with all its highlights. The house is located in a small residential area with some houses and lots of greenery, meadows and forests in the immediate vicinity. There are four parking spaces right on the property.

The pleasantly cool apartment has three beds and a sofa bed for up to two more people. A stay with (small) children is also suitable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances: Refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. The bathroom with window has a shower and a washing machine.
