The apartment is on a very quiet street with easy access to an exhibition center. The location is great: close to the mall, snack bars, gym and other shops, you can do everything on foot. The sense of security is very present. The flat is airy and has a powerful fan, which accounts for the hotter days. The kitchen is functional, with stove, utensils and minibar, ideal for those who want to prepare or store food. The shower has a hot and cold water option, and the entire space was pristine clean. I recommend your stay!

The accommodation was perfect! The apartment was super clean, tidy, and just like the pictures. Check-in was easy and quick, and all questions were answered promptly by the host. I felt very welcome and will definitely be staying there again. I highly recommend it!

My wife and I had a longer weekend than expected in Uberaba thanks to this stay at Leonardo's property. Extremely clean and hygienic place, everything in its proper place, the host thought of everything and this is noticeable in the details. The cottage, in addition to being beautiful, is very comfortable, brings immense peace and tranquility, the cottage is impeccable. On the same street and very close by is everything you need, bakery, market, pharmacy, and this contributes a lot to our convenience. I recommend and will come back more often, for sure! I am very grateful to Leonardo, a polite and helpful person, I wish him success!!!
