THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Glöm alla vardagliga bekymmer i detta rymliga och fridfulla boende. Vakna upp till fågelkvitter, ta morgonrocken på och gå ner till sjön för att ta ett dopp. Ät frukost på verandan och planera en naturskön vandring eller en tur med vår kanot. Det finns gott om sjöar att gå runt eller fiska i. Blir det för lugnt är Göteborg bara 20 minuter bort med bil eller så tar du bussen, 5 min bort. Mölnlycke centrum ligger 5 km bort. Till Landvetter flygplats tar det 23 minuter att köra. Varmt välkommen!

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

NI KOMMER TILL RENBÄDDADE SÄNGAR MED HANDDUKAR . Så ni behöver inte ta med sängkläder. Det finns toapapper, kaffefilter, handdiskmedel och maskindiskmedel. Ved finns så att det räcker till första dygnet, På sommarhalvåret så finns det en kanot och en roddbåt ALLT DETTA INGÅR I HYRAN. Fiske är tillåtet med fiskekort som ni köper på Ifiske sök på fiske-ingsjoarna-oxsjon. Men fiske för barn tom 14 år är GRATIS. STÄDNING utförs av gästen, men man kan köpa till städning för 3500:- sek.

Charmig Swedish house with large garden

A warm welcome to the former Jonsereds Farm boutique, located minutes from Centrum. What was once a farm shop has today been fitted out as a classic, very cozy home for 1-6 people (up to 8-10 possible but then it gets quite crowded). Kitchen and bathroom are modern. Two lovely bedrooms/lofts on the second floor and a small bedroom on the ground floor, perfect for kids or those who can’t manage stairs. The garden is large, lush and has nice social areas for e.g. barbecuing.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Villa Kvarndammen

Välkommen till Villa Kvarndammen! Vi är en familj med två vuxna och tre barn, detta är vårt semesterhus. Huset ligger längst in på en egen väg, med bara en granne bor man lantligt med gångavstånd till matbutik. Detta hus passar perfekt för 2-3 familjer. Tänd den vedeldade bastun och ta ett dopp i den lilla tjärnen. Gott om plats & många sociala ytor både inne & ute. 2km från huset finns Hjortviken ett nytt hotell med poolclub möjlighet och två restauranger.

Laxforsen - Cabin with own lake and sauna

Laxforsen's lakeside cabin is a residence close to nature. You get the lake for yourself, sauna and one bag of wood, the electric raft, rowing boat, BBQ area, deep forests and a large terrace. The 8 beds are distributed over three lofts which are reached via a ladder. - The guest brings bed linen and towels - AGE LIMIT 25 YEARS - children are welcome! - Cleaning the cabin is mandatory - The tub is not available - Free WIFI is available during your stay.

Vika Trollen - Idyllisk röd stuga vid stranden

Mysig stuga belägen precis vid vattenbrynet med stor terrass i söderläge. Under sommarmånaderna ingår det en roddbåt och en kanot vid den egna bryggan samt kolgrill och utemöbler. Det finns snabbt WiFi i stugan som når ända ner till bryggan. Stugan har två mysiga sovrum och ett loft där man kan umgås på kvällarna. Det lilla köket är fullt utrustat med det mesta man kan behöva under sin semester, tex mikro diskmaskin samt stor kyl och frys.
