From your chalet at park the "Keizerskroon" you can immediately go into nature for hiking, biking and mountain biking. There are no amenities at the park, but there are plenty of options nearby. Like; Indulge in a cozy terrace in e.g. Borger, Rolde and Grolloo(bleus city), various open-air museums. Westerbork memory center, or WILDLANDS in Emmen. Close to the Tree Crown Trail, the beautiful swimming lake the Nije Hemelriek and climbing park "Joy Time" . A little more away: Drouwenerzand amusement park.

Have you always wanted to stay on an estate with a special family history? Then come to Landgoed Overcingel. Experience the tranquility and space, which was normal then, in a modern setting. In 2024, this estate was transferred from a centuries-old family tradition to the Drenths landscape. Partly in order to preserve the estate, it has been decided to partly convert this into an atmospheric B&B Come stay with the cozy hostess who welcomes you and makes your stay as comfortable as possible.

Our B&B offers you a spacious apartment (45m2), lockable, on the 1st floor with private entrance. This makes contactless stays possible. Kitchen with 2-burner stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. Through the landing, you enter your own bathroom with sinks, shower and toilet. The private entrance is on the ground floor. If you come with 3 or 4 persons, there is a second living/bedroom in the apartment available (25 m2 extra) Pets are allowed only after consultation.

The stay is a 10-minute drive from Assen and features a private entrance, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and nice outdoor terrace. Stay for 1-4 people and doesn't include breakfast. It consists of a living room, 1 small bedroom with a lovely double bed and a private (simple) bathroom with shower/toilet. If you bring bicycles with you, they can be stored in the garage. Breakfast for 1 pers. €12.50 Breakfast for 2 pers. €20 The stay has a TV, a minibar and free Wi-Fi. There is the possibility to make coffee and tea.

Our small chalet lies in the middle of the most beautifull nature of the Netherlands: the National Park of the Drentsche Aa and the Unesco Geopark of the Hondsrug, on a very quiet camping. It is furnished light and harmonious. The house is suitable for couples and singles, not for children. Overnight stay with 2 persons maximum. No pets. Non smoking (except on the terrace). Welcome to Donderen, a nice village located in the head of Drenthe. Close to the cities of Groningen and Assen (both about 15 to 20 minutes drive), Eelde airport (about 10 minutes drive), the cozy villages of Norg and Zuidlaren, National Park Drentse AA and nature reserve Noordscheveld. Ideal base for cycling and hiking trips. The accommodation is less accessible by public transport.
