Great for fishing, diving, snorkeling, swimming and relaxation – all year round. Sleeps 8 (10). 5 min walk from parking (path + stairs). Backpack and good shoes are recommended. 1 parking space (possibility for more). Electricity and water for boat guests upon agreement. There is a lot to see and do in the area – just ask, I will share tips on attractions and destinations!

Våge commercial center is 5 minutes away, with shops, cafe, restaurant outdoor seating etc. Short way to Haaheim Gaard, (famous for culinary meal) and Myrdal visitor farm, where you can greet the animals and shop for local cheese. Grocery and gas station in walking distance. Leirvik city center at Stord, is a short drive away and offers a plethora of shopping opportunities and restaurants. Visit Mandelhuset restaurant or Haaheim farm for a better meal made from local ingredients in stately surroundings. Bergen is one hour away by ferry/car.

The house off the beaten track. If you want be totally alone in the woods in a house steeped in history, this is the place. Most of the inventory is historically and intact. A mini museum. Close by the house runs a river where you can fish small trout or swim. There are several nice waterfalls close by. Hiking trails up the mountain starts just 200 m from the house.
