Boendet ligger på en vacker gata, väldigt nära naturreservatet Klagshamnsudden och havet. Det är 2 minuters promenad till en närbutik och lokaltrafik (buss nummer 6 till Malmö). Med bil tar det 30 min till Köpenhamn och 25 min till Falsterbonäset.
