My houseboat is provided with all the luxury you might expect from a regular house with the extra benefits of a terrace with all day sun and airco in the bedroom. In summer we swim in the canal. The boat fits 2 adults and a child. Just 5 minutes walk from central station. No smoking inside and on the rooftop. No parties

Aan boord van ons zelf gebouwde woonschip hebben we in het ‘vooronder’ een gastenkamer gemaakt. Er is uitzicht op breed water, een overdekt eigen zitje buiten en als je wil, neem je zo een duik vanuit het appartement. De boot ligt in het Oostelijk Havengebied van Amsterdam, de stedenbouwkundig veel geroemde wijk vlakbij het centrum. Voel je welkom op deze mooie plek en ontdek onze mooie stad per fiets (bij de prijs inbegrepen) of wandel door onze mooie buurt. Alle voorzieningen zijn vlakbij.

Cosy & comfortable houseboat apartment for a couple or 2 friends. Offering private entrance, living room with sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The light and very well insulated 35m2 studio is situated in the former sailors cabin of coaster Mado. On top you’ll have your private deck located directly on the local swimming pond with magnificent view over the harbor. Just 1-5 minutes walking to lot’s of bars, restaurants, shopping mall and bus + tramlines direct to historical center.

Built in 1888, this is one of the oldest boats in Amsterdam and is located in the Jordaan near the Anne Frank house and the Centraal Station. The houseboat is in the heart of the Jordaan area, in the centre of our city. The boat has 2 separate studios of 16m2 for my guests and another part of the boat where I live myself. In walking distance of the famous Anne Frank House and Noordermarkt. The comfortable kingsize bed is a guarantee for a good nights sleep. The huge sliding windows which can be fully openend on warm days and built in shades to give you a great view and privacy.
