A beautiful little place to stay. Very clean and tidy. We lacked nothing, we will come back. Very centrally located and you could walk to everything easily.

We spent 3 nights in this nice place. We had a very warm and warm welcome, there was even a flower and wine ready. Anything you need is present. The living room with kitchen is a nice place to spend the evening. The atmosphere that is there in Zutphen itself reaches an optimum as soon as you walk into the street where you are located the beautifully refurbished property. What an oasis of peace while you are around the corner in the middle of the city with all amenities at your fingertips. It's like time stands still. Nice coffee shops and restaurants are not missing. We will definitely be happy to come back here!

Anne received us very well and responded very quickly to our messages. The accommodation is on a very peaceful street, close to restaurants and small shops if needed. A very pretty village with its beautiful little alleys. Breakfast is exceptional. Special note for orange juice, strawberry jam, and super creamy yogurt. Thanks to Anne for her kind attention and availability.

Brigitte and Rob have it super well together! This quiet and beautiful stay was above expectations for us. We immediately felt welcome by the warm welcome we got and in this bnb you get incredibly worth your money. Everything is clean, tidy and in a super nice location with lots of nature. Lovely cottage in a farm house. The bed is extremely comfortable, pictures don't do the place justice, the interior is very cozy and charming. Host is very kind and the place feels home. Shops are walking distance, and the house is located opposite the canal, sunsets are beautiful. There is a bus 5 minutes walk from the house. Nice area to relax and unwind - away from the hustle and bustle of cities. The neighbourhood is peaceful and the villagers are friendly.

nice, well-kept apartment equipped with everything you need. Location is very quiet. You can make wonderful excursions (Bislicher Insel, Rees, Xanten, Kalkar etc.). Josi is a friendly, always helpful hostess. The property is highly recommended!

What a wonderfully spacious apartment. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. In the evening very cozy with the stove on. All amenities were good. For us the perfect base for a few days of nature and city. We were there in summer winter but for other seasons also a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

Aukje and Emma are wonderful hosts! The contact was super friendly and they were available anytime. The house right on the water is a dream! The amenities are perfect and we were even able to borrow two bikes. We felt very comfortable! You can make great trips in the area. If you want to spend a nice time in Friesland, be sure to book this house:-)

We felt super comfortable in Paul's house! Great house for 8 people, as you have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms plus a separate toilet. All windows have fly screens, which is very convenient. Very nice garden and terrace, everything very clean. The kitchen is totally well equipped, we didn't miss anything! Very quiet location, but the nearest town with a supermarket is not too far away. The swimming area/sailboat are across the street, but that didn't bother us. We definitely want to come back 😊

Our stay over a long weekend at the Steelhouse was incredibly relaxing. Natalia was very responsive when we had an issue with the heating/air conditioning units which we were able to quickly resolve with her guidance. Natalia also proactively provided local recommendations and very clear instructions on how to operate all the amenities within the home. We would love to stay there again!

As a small family with a son under one year old, this was the perfect place to stay. The entire accommodation is child-safe and offers numerous employment opportunities. The garden provides the basis for, for example, wonderful evenings by the fire pit. For us, the private sauna in the house was an additional highlight to round off the day in a relaxed way. The hosts are also really very friendly and gave tips for different aspects. Overall, we can make a clear recommendation :)

We enjoyed the house and the area at the river. Very good communication with the nice owner also for trouble shooting. Enough space for 5 people however 2 bathrooms would be even better ( there is only a small toilett room on ground level). Would be great to offer a BBQ station. Around the area is still in construction but no disturbance towards the garden river area. We would choose it again. Thanks Leontin & Alex

We had a lovely stay with friends in John‘s Apartment! Whirlpool and sauna made the evenings really cozy, the house was clean and fully equipped.

Our stay was really nice. The location of the house is super quiet and beautifully located on the water. The house is very well equipped. Nothing is missing, especially in the kitchen. The rooms are all spacious and the furniture is appropriately selected. Communication went smoothly and quickly. We had a great vacation and would be happy to come back. 😊

Very nice apartment. All as described. Great location!!!! Shopping on foot in 2 minutes, restaurants at the city harbor 1 minute, main train station 11 minutes. The personal check-in went smoothly and very friendly. Marc explained everything to us and gave us valuable tips. We stayed there with 3 adults. We highly recommend it and would be happy to come back when we visit Münster. Thank you Marc!

This accommodation met my expectations, everything was as described, there was coffee, tea, which is appreciated, to have something hot. Nothing to add, Ann is simply a super host. The apartment is exactly as described, practical, modern, functional and with good taste in its decoration.

We were very warmly welcomed, got a short tour and then spent nice hours in the cozy room. Cozy beds, a wonderful breakfast, perfectly equipped tea/coffee area and a full and very clean bathroom. In the nice weather we could use the beautiful garden, we got pillows and pads. Conny is very nice and accommodating, gave us good tips and recommendations and could be reached at any time. All in all a perfect stay😍 We will be happy to come back, thank you Conny 🥰

We loved the fact that there were bikes at our disposal, and also a canoe. Helen brought us a coffee upon our arrival. It was nice to be in an area away from all the tourists.

I have now used Ingrid's apartment several times during a business stay in the area. I am still enthusiastic about the apartment and would be happy to come back.
