Idyllic Sørlandshus with shoreline and jetty 10s

Great space with beach. 2 parking places. Possibility of boat space up to about 20-21 feet at the property. Nice hiking areas and approx. 15 min to Tvedestrand by car. Golf course approx. 30 min away. There is a normal dining area etc. open in summer on the island. bathing possibility, with the possibility of wading into the water. Quiet area and sheltered from wind. Sun from morning to 9:30 pm in the middle of summer. Warm to be lovely after this. Lunch plate on one side and terrace of 21 m2 on the other side. 40 min. to Arendal

The apartment is on one level, furnished with combined living room/kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. One bedroom with 2 single 80 cm wide beds, 1 bedroom with bunk bed 120 cm wide down and 80 cm wide up. Sun from morning to night. Car parking under the roof. We have boats for rent. Norwegian and German TV channels accessible Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 100,-/set. Note that the apartment is located in a bay with marina and cafe on the other side, traffic here can occasionally feel like noise.

Panoramic views, amazing terrace, in the middle of town!

The house was called "Southern idyll" in Who lives here at NRK (season 2, 10th episode). It is located right above the city promenade with panoramic views of the city fjord. There are 150 sqm terraces, roof terrace and jacuzzi . The sun can be enjoyed from the first moment in the morning, until 10 o'clock in the evening. It is only 1 minute to the city center and all restaurants, cafes and shops. There is parking for three cars and the possibility to rent a boat space two minutes from the house (Kunnskapshavna).

Newly renovated southland house in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik

Vi leier ut vårt nyoppussede sørlandshus i idylliske og hisoriske Kolbjørnsvik. Pitoresk sørlandsidyll med flott utsikt mot Galtesund og Arendal. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.

Your vacation home is idyllically located on a forest clearing near Gjeving. The cottage was completely renovated in 2020/2021, with a lot of love for detail. It offers all amenities for a relaxing vacation. On the ground floor there is a spacious, light-filled living/dining area with fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven and fridge, bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Idyll at the seaside. Sunny patio right outside the door, with dining area, sun loungers and fire pit. Lovely for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. New house (170 m2) on Hisøy near Arendal. Close to beaches and the city center by ferry and very nice hiking area. The house is close to the wood. A short distance to walk (15 min) to the ferry to Arendal, which leaves every half an hour. And close to the bus(4 min walk) and grocery store. 5 min. drive to the beach or a stroll. 40 min. til Kristiansand dyrepark with a car.
