You have access to fishing poles a canoe a private pond hot tub that gets 105°, walking paths, and much more! It is very secluded, it is very well kept, it is romantic! A lot of thought and detail was put into all the different areas of this property and you will not be disappointed simply exploring. I know I wasn't.

The stay was great. The place matched the description, and I did not feel anything was missing. The place had a bug problem--ants, ladybugs, and stinkbugs. Otherwise, I had no complaints. Great bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen, equipped with everything needed. Would definitely come again.

Kelly and I highly recommend The Utopia at Paradise Lake. From the moment we pulled up, it felt like stepping into a postcard. The cabin is beautifully designed—modern, clean, and cozy with thoughtful touches throughout. The lake view is absolutely stunning. We spent our mornings sipping coffee and eating breakfast on the deck overlooking the lake. The kayaks were a huge bonus as we spent the day in the lake taking in the beautiful day, and connecting with the adorable turtles. The host, Jennifer was kind and responsive—making sure everything was perfect. The whole experience felt peaceful, restorative, and just… easy. If you’re looking for a quiet escape to reconnect with nature (and yourself), this place is a dream. We’re already planning our return trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It was clean, and spacious and easy to get to. It rained most of the time but the fireplace was cozy and the views were peaceful. We did have some confusion around getting the hot tub to heat up, and had difficultly contacting the host but this may have been partially due to the spotty cell service. Overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing staycation.

Beautiful cabin! Very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, all the little touches were perfect. Hot tub and fire pit was awesome. Loved watching all the birds at the bird feeder right outside the front door. Will definitely be back.

Great place to stay and have 0 complaints. Me and my fiancé just got engaged and they went above and beyond to have us flowers, chocolate and candles waiting for us. We are even more excited to plan our wedding here if we are able to!

A wonderful stay at this A-frame cabin. when you think of what you want from an Airbnb, you think of well designed, thoughtful spaces that are both more comfortable and more appealing to the eye than hotel rooms. This place delivers on both. Thoughtful touches everywhere, clean modern design. We loved the cookies and appreciated the wine. In addition, we enjoyed a very nice, high end dinner at 63 Corks which was just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend that if you are looking for a nice dinner out. We will be back next time we in this area

My family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed venturing to sugar creek and having a very relaxing time! We will definitely be back again!

This was a perfect, peaceful retreat. We took advantage of a long weekend to get away and absolutely loved the remoteness of this location. We had gloomy rain, followed by lovely snow, plenty of food and drink, with no place to go. These are our ideal trips when we can just chill out at the location, and it was extremely well equipped with everything we needed. We had a great fire in the wood burning stove, and actually had to step outside from time to time to cool off, because it really warmed things up inside. Plus, our little dog enjoyed romping around in the snow.

Cabin layout was fantastic! We really enjoyed the large living room with plenty of areas to sit and relax. The beds were comfortable, and we stayed toasty warm with the wall heaters and space heaters. We'd love to stay again!

I was only at the Grand Teton for one night but it was the perfect stay for my holiday road trip. The cabin had everything my dogs and I needed for our night and they loved the treats left behind by the cleaner. 🐶 (Thank you for being a dog-friendly Airbnb with no hidden/high fees, they are so rare to find!) We would happily return to Kodi’s resort oasis in the future!

This was our second time staying here and the cabin had been remodeled on the inside. It was great before, but the updates are beautiful! There are thoughtful touches everywhere. The kitchen is fully stocked. We cooked every night and never were lacking in what we needed. And the property is beautiful. We will definitely be coming back again!

We absolutely love staying in your cabin. It’s our favorite one. We definitely plan on renting it quite a bit in the future. It’s just absolutely home away from home when we’re there. If you’re looking to unplug or work without distractions, this is a great cabin to reserve. Simply a beautiful region in Ohio and Valley View cabin offers solace and easy access to unique rural communities and of course nature. Wonderful host who cares about their property and their guests.

What an absolute gem of a place! The outdoor area was so clean and manicured and private. It felt like it was our own little paradise. It is right by a road, but the cabin is hidden from it and the road is not busy at all. The inside was so clean and cute and stylishly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We made our dinner there and it had everything we needed. The hot tub was wonderful and we enjoyed it after dark under the string lights with the sounds and smells of the country surrounding us. I would recommend this to anyone needing a getaway. We would love to come back!

The Creekside cabin is very peaceful and scenic. Spring is a great time to visit, we saw rabbits, birds, squirrels, and the crab apple tree was blooming. The cabin is very well equipped and feels luxurious. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a place to relax and get away. We will be back!

a beautiful cabin. very clean and the bed was very comfy. pictures made us think it was by itself but it was in town by other homes. it was quiet and cozy even still.
