Judy’s place was extremely clean and well provisioned. It’s evident Judy takes great care and pride in her properties. She was also very helpful with recommendations. This was an excellent stay for our visit. We walked into town several times - it’s very close, but the street was still quiet - really the best location combination. The listing notes there is no air conditioning. During our stay in April, temperatures were unusually warm. There are multiple operable skylights that help the heat to escape, but I would be reluctant to stay in this upper floor unit in the heat of the summer.

#1 Downtown Condo Walk to Breweries, Diners & NAU!

The condo was fantastic with just a few things to note before renting. The highlight was absolutely the location, my wife and I could walk everywhere we wanted to and enjoy the town. The condo itself was well decorated and has everything you need including plenty of magazines and recommendations for things to do around town. Only drawback was there is a college bar about 100 feet away that at least on Saturday night you could hear all night. We turned white sound on on our phones and that helped but it was still a bit of a nuisance. Completely quiet Sunday night though. Also the condo is pet friendly but the owners prefer you don’t leave the pet unattended. It caught us by surprise but the owners were very flexible and accommodating on being able to leave the dog in the condo for a bit. Overall highly recommend this rental!

This is a wonderful and super comfortable home. The location is perfect and close to many of the attractions in northern Arizona, including Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon , Walnut Canyon, etc. The home is peaceful, light, and has amazing views. We loved watching the stars in the evening! Misty and Don were very helpful and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. We can’t wait to come back again.

Very Cool Retreat in the Mountains

Worked for our quick family getaway with 2 kids to hit the slopes at Arizona Snowbowl. Everyone had their own rooms and was super nice to have a kitchen to make a good start of the day breakfast. Time at the house was mainly for sleeping due to an aggressive storm that went through, but having a place like Hugh's to crash worked out great.

if you are looking for a convenient downtown Flagstaff location, this is the place for you. You can walk to over 6 breweries and lots of restaurants. Definitely try Pizzicletas at Dark Sky Brewing, it is fantastic. The Toasted Owl is a great breakfast spot as well. Whatever you choose to do , you can't go wrong with this location.

We had a great stay at Jim's place. Our large group rented the villa and 3 cottages. We have stayed here several times and continues to be a wonderful option for our group. The use of the courtyard, functional kitchen, and Jim's response time in helping us plan prior to the trip made this a wonderful experience.

John's house is very beautiful and looks even better in person than in the photos. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kids were thrilled with the toys and the fully stocked garage full of entertainment. John responds instantly, even in the evening. Highly recommend this home to everyone, especially families with children.

This is a perfect little quiet haven for a vacation get away, yet it's close to the beautiful scenic Grand Canyon and the Historic town of Williams, Az that has many enjoyable places to visit along the Historic Route 66. We really enjoyed going to the Bearizona Wildlife Park less than 10 minutes from this house we stayed at. The place is very clean and inviting, comfortable and accommodating. Oh... and another thing we quite enjoyed is the train that goes by not far from the back yard. And no the noise from the train is not a problem at all. We definitely recommend this quiet little haven.

Our stay here was great! It was our home base while visiting several different places in Northern Arizona. Flagstaff was a great location for that! The rental was clean and everything was as described. No issues during our stay. It was great being able to park right outside of our front door! The train is very close as stated in the listing and we were definitely aware of it. However, it did not keep us from sleeping as we use a sound machine anyways. One thing to be aware of is the washer dryer combo. It works fine, but it takes a long time for a load of laundry! If you plan on doing a lot of laundry this may be an issue for you. We usually just ran it during the night and would take things out in the morning. Overall we had a great experience and would stay here again.

This home was a wonderful location. Tucked away off the main road to feel like a getaway but close to everything. There was a beautiful view of Snowbowl mountain from the road this home was on. The hosts were very accommodating and replied when we had an issue with some shades in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen was awesome! There were plenty of spices and lots of dishes and pots/pans so we could make a nice dinner after a day on the slopes. Very nice home for families and pets. 😀

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and had all of the helpful amenities- lots of clean towels, bedding, a full kitchen with all of the needed appliances. My little one loved the swingset in the backyard and the big trees were so beautiful. I didn’t realize until after we booked that the host lives on the property-but for those who like a little more privacy, she lives downstairs (separate entry) and we barely saw her. Steph was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and things to do, flexible with check-in and checkout times, and very proactive and responsive to messages. We would definitely stay again!

This home is such a beautiful gem. It gives the feeling of being at your favorite family member's home. Lots of space, well insulated, very clean, and filled with the lingering love their family shared there before .This is the first air bnb that I plan to return to because of its location, charm, and frankly how nice it is. We came with two families of 2 adults and 2 kids each. We had plenty of space. Adults loved the hot tub, and kids loved the tree fort with the slide. We all enjoyed the foosball table, chess table, and comfortable couches. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated being able to park inside the garage. Instructions were helpful with clear expectations and guidance. We would love to stay again in the future.
