Incredible location on the island. Loved the “home”.

We stayed for 4 nights - great location within walking distance to Turtle Bay resort and beach. Location was drivable to other beaches and destinations on North Shore. The complex was very easy to get into and condo was clean and comfortable. We felt at home here.

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was very clean, private and in an amazing location on the island! Checking in was smooth and easy, and we had everything we needed to feel like we were home! Would highly recommend booking this place if you’re coming to Oahu on vacation!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was so clean, spacious and cozy and our family of four felt right at home. We appreciated all the beach gear - especially the wagon which made the walk to turtle bay effortless! The turtle bay grounds are stunning. We enjoyed morning walks throughout the trails followed by snorkeling in the cove. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations!

This is a beautiful condo with the entire golf course as your backyard—such a peaceful and scenic setting. The room is incredibly spacious, and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need for a quick meal. Terra is a wonderful host—friendly and thoughtful, with great attention to detail. You can easily walk to the beach or visit the nearby stables to feed the horses. A truly relaxing stay!

Space is extremely clean. Unit is quiet and spacious. Scott was responsive and flexible with check in and checkout times. The unit has everything needed to enjoy the beach and tennis courts. Kitchen had everything we needed. Instructions and recommendations provided by Scott allowed us to maximize our time on the North Shore. Accessibility to Turtle Bay resort and surrounding beaches is very easy from this location. Everything was easy. We hope to be back :) Mahalo Scott!

We had an amazing stay at Joel’s place. The house is just a short walk away from the beach, comfortable, and very well decorated. We have two toddlers, and found everything we needed, including beach toys. Joel was always very responsive, and helped us a lot with local recommendations. Looking forward to coming back!

We had such a great stay! Perfect north shore location, great condo with lots of amenities. Highlights were the beach equipment (particularly snorkels in all sizes, surfboards and boogie boards), the pool (steps away!!), and the super comfy beds. Thank you!!!

The Turtle Bay Area is beautiful and seems very safe. The community is gated and shared pools and tennis courts are available. There are also wonderful hiking paths and a nice beach. Sandra’s place was small but worked ok for the two of us. She stocked the kitchen with all of the essentials and provided snorkel sets, pool tubes, boogie boards, and tennis rackets which were nice extras. The only thing to be aware of is that the loft ceiling is pretty low but not a big deal if you are careful getting out of bed.

This place was amazing! Newly remodeled, clean, comfortable, everything we were looking for and more. The host is amazing, made us feel at home and made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable! We will definitely be booking with this host again, such a great experience highly recommended!

Lyndsey’s AirBnB was an amazing addition to our trip. We stayed here during our north shore stent of our vacation and we couldn’t have asked for a better host or location. First of all, the actual AirBnB looked exactly like the photos, felt very clean, and fit our group of 4 very comfortably. The location was great and very close to turtle bay resort (8-10 minute walk) and we were able to book and utilize the resorts pickleball courts just a short walk away as well. It was also a short drive away to a grocery store, restaurants, our favorite snorkeling spots, and shave ice spots. Lastly, Lyndsey the host, was reachable the whole time we stayed at her place and had fast and efficient replies especially when we were having trouble getting into the actual complex (which was personal user error). We felt very safe the whole time and are very pleased with our stay here. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Lyndsey!

We enjoyed our stay at Tania’s! It was beautiful just like the photos. Instructions were provided and very clear. Tania even left local goodies for us to enjoy (that was very much appreciated, thank you). Tania’s condo was clean, lovely decorations, and felt very open. The beautiful kitchen had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of beach gear and beach toys (which my son enjoyed) and it was so awesome for our beach day! The pool and tennis courts were easily assessable and equipment was provided as well. Parking was a breeze, right outside our door. The outdoor space was lovely, mornings sipping on some kona coffee looking out into the golf course with all its greenery was so serene! We love the North Shore and enjoyed staying at the Kulima Estates - THANK YOU!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! no complaints or issues. Wonderful location, peaceful view, and construction wasn't too loud for us. I am grateful for all of the instructions and details that they emailed prior to our stay, and they were very responsive. Definitely will want to stay here again.

Excellent place to stay with our kids on their first trip to Hawaii. The home was clean and cozy, with all the amenities we needed. The pool right next to the unit was clean, warm, and perfect for evening swims under the stars. Location relative to all the great places to visit on the North Shore was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Convenient North Shore condo, clean, with a very responsive host. Know that the air conditioner is for one room, so if it’s warm/hot, the rest of the house is warm/hot.

Great place and a fabulous location. Easy access to beaches and various sites around the island. The only thing to make sure you realize is this is on a world class golf course. Multiple days the grounds crew were active very early in the morning. Since you have to have windows open to cool down this made for an early wake up call by mowers and equipment. The only issue we had with the actual place was the dyer vents into the house so laundry made the house almost unbearably hot. Not a deal breaker by far, just suggest starting the dryer when going out for the day. Overall great place and will likely stay again in the future.

Perfect location for a family wanting to explore Oahu’s north shore. Easy walk to Turtle Bay. Plenty of room and kids loved the bunk beds.

Had a great trip. There was construction that was advised before we arrived but it never affected us. The condo was very clean, had everything we needed and more, and was beautifully decorated. It's beach front that is very peaceful. Our host was very helpful and checked in regularly. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Fantastic stay on the North Shore. Great condo located within walking distance of Turtle Bay (a public beach) and the Turtle Bay resort, which has bars and restaurants. Apartment is spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed - the AC window unit provides the perfect white noise (turn off the eco mode at night to keep it from kicking on/off every few minutes). Natalie provided beach towels, chairs and umbrellas (plus kids' toys, boogie boards, etc.). We were here almost only to shower and sleep as we snorkeled, surfed and drove around this side of the island exploring food trucks, fruit stands and small shops. Not far from the famous Banzai Pipeline - great for watching some of the world's best surfers (particularly in winter). Appreciated the coffee machine, filtered water pitcher, washer and dryer, and ample paper products! I'd stay here again and recommend it to both active travelers like us and those wanting to kick back and enjoy the pool, walk to the resort, etc. Great stay!

If you are looking for a place to get away from tourism and relax this was a great spot. Newly remodeled, nicely done. 5-7 min walk to what was essentially a private beach. Was also a ritz Carlton hotel 5-7 min walk away with pretty good outdoor restaurant.

This place is in a gorgeous location with access to all types of great beaches and sites.

Perfect condo for our Hawaii trip! Located in a peaceful gated community with the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay Resort within it. It’s just a short walk to the beach, resort, and restaurants. The backyard opens up to a golf course where we saw the sunrise every morning. The condo stays cool with AC and fans. Clean, comfortable, and with a great pool area. Ideal North Shore location—we were able to explore with short drives to Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay, and so many other beautiful spots. Highly recommend!
