The place is really great, there are all amenities, plenty of space, nice thoughtful interior, beautiful view from the balcony. You feel at home, very cozy. There is a barbecue, a playground, a swing. Hosts are very welcoming, sincere, always ready to help and recommend vacation options and help with transfers. I especially want to note the home-cooked meals that makes Roxolan -👌 I highly recommend it!

My friends and I had a wonderful time at Nadezhda's house! The estate is large, made with great attention to detail, love for nature and for people who will live in the house. A very well maintained area with an incredible amount of flowering plants, a wedding, a sauna with a pool from the mountain river, a fireplace in the living room and on the terrace, a lot of cozy places for privacy - all this contributes to a real holiday! Nearby there is an extremely beautiful nature, picturesque mountain Pikui, in the next village there is a coliba with a very delicious kitchen (10 min by car) The only downside is the bad road to get to the track, you need to drive half an hour through the pits. It's not about the house itself, but it can be important to someone. We will definitely come to Kukavica again! 💛

Our family—two adults, two teenagers, and our lively border collie—had an unforgettable stay at this stunning wooden house in early spring! Perched on a steep hill with breathtaking panorama views, this place feels like a cosy retreat straight out of a storybook. The fireplace was the heart of our stay—perfect for warming up after exploring the crisp spring air, and it gave the whole house such a welcoming glow. The teens couldn’t get enough of the view, with mountain peaks changing their appearance daily, while our collie bounded around happily. Inside, the space was pristine and roomy, with a fully equipped kitchen that made family dinners a breeze and beds so comfortable we all overslept. The host was a superstar—quick to reply and full of local tips that elevated our trip. Hands down one of the best homes in the area—we’re already dreaming of our next visit!

Hello! We stayed for a week at the end of May, I liked everything. Good location, great view, coziness, various recreation area (sauna, hammocks, swings , bicycles, etc.). I really liked the huge swing on the hill of the yard, full of relaxation in the morning and in the evening. Nearby there is a forest for walks, Tustan fortress and a spring with delicious water, as well as the cafe "Korchma in Zen" where you can eat deliciously . Recommended for relaxation. Thanks to the host for hosting.

We stayed in Lilia's houses with a company of 11 people. Everyone really enjoyed their stay. I want to note that the houses are in a great location, the road to them is in very good condition. Thank you Mr. Pavel for the pleasant communication and help with everything you need. It's also cool that there is a forest nearby and there was an opportunity to go to the mushrooms. Regarding the improvements, it would be cool if it was possible to somehow distinguish the area with a vat so that people from other hotels are not visible, who are relaxing in it and not crossed with them on the territory of the houses. Overall, the experience is very positive. Recommended for your visit. We will definitely come again with friends.
