Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. No need to stuff the rubber mattress in the car :) and no need to fight for parking spaces either.

From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.

Nagystrand (beach) and Petőfi promenade 5 minutes, Plaza 9 minutes, shop 2 minutes walking distance. You don't need to pay extra for parking because a closed parking lot will take care of your car.
