Our holiday home is located in the most prestigious site of the region, which stands out with its magnificent pool. It has 2 floors, 185 m² of usage area, and on the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, a semi-open plan kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and a large balcony with a view of nature. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, 1 of which has a master bathroom and a balcony with a sea view. All rooms have air conditioning and wifi.

Guest Lodge

Our guest lodge is 25 m2 and consists of a room and bathroom. Adjacent to the back wall of our cottage, there is an outdoor kitchen covered with a pergola, for the exclusive use of our guests staying in our cottage. There is a 5x10m, 50m2, 1.5-1.6m deep swimming pool. The pool is shared by our guests staying in the guest house (max. 4 people) and the guest cabin (max. 2 people). The pool is open from June 15 to October 1.

Our house is 1 km from the village center and the sea There are village markets, chain markets, a bakery, restaurants, coffee shops and a pharmacy in the center. Kizilyer beach is 1 km away, there are family-run restaurants with a menu consisting mainly of seafood. Cumhuriyet (Saranda) beach is 4 km away and there are mostly family-run restaurants. We have our own boat that makes daily tours on the Kizilyer coast.

4 Houses, located just above the marina, one bedroom and one saloon with balcony. It consists of a seafront, scenic, central and well-furnished house. This house is located on the first floor of our building. There is a 160X200 double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. It is a spacious furnished house with an American kitchen, a large balcony and a sea view.
