Vacation rentals with a pool in Tuoro sul Trasimeno

Il soggiorno alla tenuta di Capocontro è stato molto soddisfacente. L'intero borghetto antico è un gioiello incastonato nel verde, con vista spettacolare sui boschi della Val di Chiana. L'alloggio in ordine e pulito, pittoresco ed elegantemente retrò. Piero e Lella disponibilissimi nelle comunicazioni e nei suggerimenti di luoghi da visitare e in cui mangiare. Abbiamo amato la pace e il silenzio del luogo, nonchè la piscina con vista. Ci siamo fermati poco e il meteo è stato un po' capriccioso, altrimenti ci saremmo goduti di più gli esterni della fattoria. Unico piccolo neo: le stoviglie e il frigo non erano proprio immacolati, ma nulla che non si possa risolvere con un colpo di spugna. Super consigliato sia per un soggiorno breve che per uno lungo, così da godersi la quiete del luogo e visitare i dintorni.

Villa poggetto was a beautiful and quiet retreat. Our family used it as a base for seeing other parts of Tuscany and hired a car so it was perfect. It has basic amenities and the pool is in great condition. Only critique is the doors don’t lock well (not really a concern as the area is quiet) and as it is rural there are animals around such as mice and cute local cats. Gastone was a great host who allowed us to check in at 11pm when we were running late. He is very responsive and kind.

Anna’s house is stunning and tucked away in such a beautiful quiet location. The people who take care of the house were kind and our two year old loved him. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of life to stay here.

Amazing place in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the countryside. Climate cottage equipped with everything you need. Together with our dogs we felt like at home. Bruna is an incredibly warm and helpful person. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Siamo una famiglia con 3 bimbi piccoli , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Elena ed il marito sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili. La struttura e’ molto bella pulita e ben curata in ogni dettaglio .si respira una aria di amore e tranquillità . Speriamo di tornare presto in primavera o in estate per vivere lo spazio esterno e la campagna umbra bellissima. Super consigliato !!!!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Ich habe schon oft Häuser gebucht, solche Gastgeber hatte ich noch nie. Bei unsere Ankunft fanden wir nicht nur Käse und Wurst, sondern auch selbst gemachtes Brot und Gebäck. Am dritten Tag wurden wir mit einem Kuchen überrascht und am Tag danach haben sie Lasagne und Nachtisch für uns gemacht. Samuele war mit Abstand der freundlichste und aufmerksamste Gastgeber, den wir je erlebt haben. Seine herzliche Art hat das atemberaubende Haus perfekt gemacht. Wir waren drei Familien mit Kindern, jeder hatte seinen Rückzugsort. Die Küche war super zum gemeinsamen kochen. Die Umgebung ist sagenhaft schön, der Ausblick ein Traum. Der Pool und Spielplatz für die Kinder waren perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation sowohl mit Saskia im Vorfeld, als auch mit Samuele vor Ort war hervorragend. Ich könnte noch lange schwärmen, leider reichen die Zeichen nicht. 1000 Dank an Samuele für das tolle Haus und seine Gastfreundschaft. Bis zum nächsten Mal

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Il posto è esattamente come descritto se non meglio, lo stesso vale per gli host. La permanenza è stata piacevolissima. A 10 minuti d’auto da Gubbio, l’ageiturismo è un posto vivo ma molto tranquillo. Ottima cura degli interni ma anche di tutto l’esterno.

Abbiamo passato un eccellente soggiorno con nostro figlio e i miei genitori nell'appartamento di Valentina. L'accoglienza è impeccabile, Valentina è molto gentile e attenta a dare tutte le informazioni utili per rendere la tua vacanza il più piacevole possibile.L'appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario per cucinare.Dispone di un grande giardino con piscina comune.. Indomma un posto paradisiaco! Speriamo tornare presto!Raccomandabile al 100%

Notre séjour à Gino's House à Gubbio a été un véritable enchantement ! L'accueil chaleureux de Daniela et Gino nous a fait sentir comme des amis de longue date. Le logement, niché dans la verdure, était impeccablement propre, confortable, et bien équipé. La piscine, véritable havre de paix, nous a permis de nous détendre après nos journées de visites. L'emplacement est idéal, proche du centre historique de Gubbio tout en étant au calme. Gino et Daniela nous ont donné d'excellents conseils pour découvrir la région, enrichissant ainsi notre séjour avec de magnifiques visites. Lors de nos deux semaines, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine offert par nos hôtes, où nous avons appris à préparer des pâtes fraîches tout en partageant un moment convivial. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de cette expérience et recommandons vivement cet endroit à tous les amoureux de l'Italie authentique. Si vous cherchez confort, authenticité et découverte, ne cherchez plus !

Wir haben uns bei Maria Luisa sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was es braucht. Der Garten und Poolbereich ist wirklich wunderschön. Maria Luisa und ihr Sohn Simone sind unglaublich nett und super erreichbar. Was noch besser sein könnte: Das Bett war für uns ein wenig zu hart und man muss einfach wissen, dass man zu Fuß nicht viel machen kann, sondern auf jeden Fall ein Auto benötigt. Ansonsten ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, den wir sehr genossen haben.

Rita was very welcoming! We do not speak Italian and Rita speaks very little English but she was so welcoming and the place was wonderful! She made sure we felt at home! Peaceful place to sleep and the view was wonderful! She also gave us a welcome basket with her olive oil from her farm! The price of the Airbnb is very reasonable, but she does charge a small fee if you use the ac/heater. We came at a perfect time of year and didn’t have to use it!

L'alloggio è un piccolo paradiso di tranquillità. zero inquinamento acustico. vista meravigliosa. ambiente curato e una bellissima piscina dove rilassarsi e rinfrescarsi. Antonella e la sua famiglia sono persone squisite, gentili e estremamente discrete. posizione strategica per visitare sia i villaggi del lago Trasimeno sia per visitare Perugia, Assisi e tanti altri posti. il borgo vicino è incantevole e si può fare la spesa di prodotti locali. per una spesa più complessa basta raggiungere il villaggio del lago (Passignano) e si trova coop e Conad. unico aspetto che va considerato è che l area è totalmente sprovvista di rete mobile. la casa è dotata di wifi però appena esci di casa anche solo per andare in piscina non hai modo di accedere alla rete. per chi come noi aveva voglia di staccare da tutto è stato un non problema. se invece avessi avuto bisogno di lavorare o essere reperibile va considerato. nel complesso per noi è stata una bellissima settimana di relax. vale la pena.

Siamo stati in questo meraviglioso casale ad agosto, famiglia al completo (2 bambini, 7 e 2 anni). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, casa pulita e ordinata, corrispondente con quanto visto in foto e letto nell'annuncio. Il giardino esterno ben tenuto e la piscina sempre pulita. Host disponibili e reattivi, ci hanno fornito diverse indicazioni utili oltre che accordarci flessibilità per l'arrivo e il check in. Ci torneremo sicuramente la prossima volta che saremo in zona.

“Un soggiorno indimenticabile in un contesto unico!” La location è semplicemente incantevole, immersa in un contesto medievale che regala un’atmosfera magica e suggestiva. La struttura è ben gestita, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque voglia vivere l’Umbria al meglio!

Ich war mit meiner Familie für eine Woche in der bezaubernden Unterkunft. Bei Ankunft hat uns die Gastgeberin den Schlüssel überreicht und uns alles gezeigt. Besonders der große Pool und der atemberaubende Blick auf den Lago Trasimeno von der oberen Etage des Hauses aus haben uns gefallen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Umbrien und haben die Umgebung in Tagestrips erkundet. Bei Fragen und Problemen hat uns die Gastgeberin immer freundlich weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Luigi and Laura were the perfect host. The vegetables from Laura's family were very welcome. We also loved the dinner they cooked for us. We felt like part of the family. The villa was absolutely amazing. Stunning location, the pool was out of this world. We loved it so much we have already booked for next year!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Beautiful place owned by a very nice family. They were very helpful and easy to reach for questions. We were coming with our 2 young kids and brought us toys for them without us asking for. The house is old but well renovated. It is closed to the airway and closed to the main cities. Our stay there was just perfect and we would come back without any hesitation. Wir waren eine Woche lang mit unserer Freundesgruppe im Haus von Aldo und seinem Sohn. Die Kommunikation mit ihnen war sehr unkompliziert und bei Problemen wurde uns schnell geholfen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Mit der Sauna und dem großen Pool im Garten gibt es kaum einen Grund das Haus zu verlassen. Und falls man doch mal Lust auf einen Ausflug hat, sind gute Eisdielen und schöne kleine Städtchen, wie Cortona, in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Danke für diese wundervolle, entspannte Woche!

Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Besonders der wirklich große Pool und der sehr saubere Wellnessbereich sind hervorzuheben. Luciano und seine Familie waren sehr hilfreich und immer zugegen wenn man was braucht. Der Ausblick über das Val‘d‘Arno ist ein Traum und in 20 Min. Ist man in Arezzo. Auf eines möchte ich hinweisen: Die Betten sind in Top-Qualität und die Matratzen sind sehr fest. Wenn jemand weiche Boxspringbetten bevorzugt, könnten sie zu hart erscheinen. Das soll jetzt keine Kritik sein, nur ein Hinweis. Uns hat es sonst an nichts gefehlt (außer an besserem Wetter) und können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen. Grazie mille é distinti saluti!
