We stayed a week in the apartment, it was really beautiful! The place is very well located, the neighborhood is very nice, quiet and safe. The apartment is as seen in the photos, large and everything is in excellent condition! Clean, tidy. We had an amazing week, staying there made our stay in Mendoza really a 10. We also appreciate Fausto's attention and availability, always attentive to our questions or whatever we need. I recommend going, I hope to return to Mendoza someday, I would stay here again without a doubt.

The accommodation was impeccable, spacious and bright, really better than the photos can show in the publication. The location is unbeatable, two blocks from the park and on the main street of all the shops. Finally, Gabi very kindly welcomed us with all the necessary directions to have a beautiful weekend. I loved the accommodation, residential neighborhood, very quiet. I liked it, to have 1 room the truth is that everything is very well distributed. It feels spacious and spacious, very bright, the large terrace. Nice mountain views. The hostess is very helpful and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the linens as well. This beautiful, serene garden apartment has become my “home away from home” and I’ve booked it a bunch of times and absolutely feel peace when here. It’s spacious, has a lot of natural light throughout, and has a beautiful sunroom overlooking a garden that always has butterflies that come to visit. Very safe neighborhood, very close to many restaurants, cafes, and I think Yanina is one of the best airbnb hosts I’ve encountered. She has great energy and always goes above and beyond for her guests. I highly recommend this airbnb!

Our stay here was fabulous. Our host, Laura, was very friendly and gave us great recommendations. There is a market and restaurants around the apartment, and it is very close to downtown. I recommend it to everyone!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Our bus to Mendoza broke down and was significantly delayed, however Bruno was really lovely and waited up for us in the early hours of the morning. The apartment was well stocked and in a great location for exploring nearby wineries. Alejandra gave us some excellent recommendations for places to visit nearby. Standout was the ability to use the complimentary bikes and we spent two days cruising around town. Definitely recommend for a good base in a beautiful part of Mendoza, with great bus access and a large supermarket very close by.

Ignacio was very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in a beautiful building with mountain views and very close to the big and beautiful San Martin park. The grocery stores are very close. It is about 30 minutes walk to the popular restaurant area in the downtown, but one can take an Uber very easily as well. I would recommend this property.

Very nice and spacious apartment, the kitchen has the necessary utensils, there are many shops, restaurants, bakeries, and a supermarket that is easy to access. You can use the gym, the court, ping pong table, laundry for 2 hours, only the washing machine since the dryer cycle is 4 hours and the time is not enough.

Everything was impeccable, Augusto told us how to enter, everything was very simple and uncomplicated. The apartment is just like the photos, the view of the mountain range is beautiful. There is an excellent cafeteria on the corner. I would recommend it
