The hostel is very well located near the terminal, I have arrived several hours before check-in and I have been allowed to store my backpacks and occupy the common areas while I waited, as well as after check-out when waiting for my bus. The room was clean and tidy and the bathroom has a hot shower. They helped me with my doubts about what to do in the city and also called so that they would leave me a bike washed at the same hostel. This is a lovely place near the center of town. I would recommend staying here and their family is so sweet and kind. They gave us great tips for getting around, made us breakfast and gave us bikes for $7 a day. They have an adorable son who loves to play and cute cats. We appreciated our stay there, thanks again!

Great breakfast! Room was clean and staff thoughtful. Walking distance to downtown Baños or about $2 by taxi. $3.50/kilo for laundry service which can quickly raise a bill. We paid $17 for a small bag of groceries. All in all, the service was quick and well done. We recommend for families!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The hotel was beautifully designed and covered in art. We had access to spa facilities and enjoyed lovely meals in the restaurant. All this for brilliant value! We can’t recommend it highly enough. Great place for a couple to go and unwind with great amenities, and even to go by yourself. Will definitely go back!
