I came with the whole family, and I was looking for a nice, comfortable, safe place that provided all the amenities, which I didn't find at Edith's. I FOUND 1000 TIMES MORE. A lovely place that made me feel at home. Baños de Agua Santa is beautiful and has many activities, and Edith's place is the ideal place to stay, a few meters from the main tourist operators, close to restaurants and nightclubs but far enough away so that the noise does not disturb you. I'll be happy to come back.

The place itself is great, very spacious and clean. There were a few problems with hot water but they were resolved right away by the host and his staff. My biggest peeve with this place is the business below it on the first floor. They come early in the morning and make a lot of noise throughout the day until about 9 at night. They also constantly block the driveway, we had to get out and ask them to move their vehicles many times. Besides the 1st floor business everything a out the place itself was great!

Excellent apartment, it has everything you need for a short stay, Andrés was clear in the instructions and helped us with a mishap that we had with the bathroom, take a moment to respond nothing more but in general the accommodation is good

I loved the apartment, it's spacious and nice. It's close to downtown and the Baños terminal, and there's a store and a fast food restaurant, and I liked that. Diego helped us with all the questions we had and always responded quickly. I'd go back there 🫶🏻

The super friendly host and the place is quite welcoming

I always felt right at home, and that's very important to me. Doña Hilda was very attentive, very friendly, she helped us with everything we needed, she recommended places to eat, to walk, everything was very warm. He offered to pick us up and drop us off at the end, extra points for that. He helped us with the luggage since our trip was leaving at 5pm. Thanks to her and her very friendly hosting.

A hidden gem in Banos. The place is in a peaceful and quite area, with a beautiful view from the river and mountains around but still a short walk from the centre. The place was clean and well equipped. Anna was amazing. Super helpful and responsive. Thanks!
