It was a clean space with a very nice housekeeper and nice view. The weather was nice. The puppy was lovely. I have another chance to visit this place.

We came with a large group of friends and we all can say that this is a very cool place and we would definitely come again. Highlights included: - Spaciousness — the place is huge — a much better experience than being trapped in a 35sqm hotel room - Large Hang out area — better than the advertised photos and perhaps the coolest the thing about the property - Location — Private, with a lockable gate, surrounded by nature and a lake with little to no noise from the roads - Friendly owners and Check-in experience - Huge cooler full of ice when we arrived — good selection of beers available to be purchased at the cafe - Outdoor covered kitchen with stove, grill, plates, cups, knives, sink, etc - Fast WiFi - Plenty of restrooms including one located conveniently located next to the hang out area The house is two stories. Upstairs looked to have been recently renovated while the interior in the downstairs could use a touchup Overall loved the place and it was the most enjoyable part of our trip to khao yai

Great place and fantastic hosts. Very helpful in various areas including cooking food for the elderly who were not feeling well. Gave good recommendations and advice for our trip and visits to surrounding area. Hosts also prepared and decorated the dining area for Christmas. Kudos to Jen for the Xmas tree, sculpture painting for the kids, and the various chores which made our stay very enjoyable. Kids enjoyed the feeding of the chickens and roaming around the lawn. The farm was peaceful and quiet, and we woke every morning to birds singing and a gorgeous view of the nature reserve. Thumbs up!

Dog-friendly place. Great stay with the family for New Years' celebrating. Quiet but intimate time with the family. BBQ stove provided. Small kitchenette with limited cooking amenities so do prepare before you go. The whole space was ours so it was just amazing to have the whole scenery to ourselves. You would need a car to visit this place as it is a bit further from town. Overall we would definitely go back to visit. A true definition of a Home Stay! The surrounding area, which is adjacent to Khao Yai National Park, is very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. The house place is super clean, new, and comfortable. The breakfast was an amazing restaurant quality bonus, everything on the menu was delicious! There is also a BBQ set menu that you can get for a small fee which was also fantastic. The suggested activities were also great, our kids had lots of fun. Our favorite place was the Mulberry Farm, which was less then 5 minutes drive away. We will be back!

The place is very nice and fully equipped with all amenities. Host provide clear detailed guidance for us so we can easily locate the house and self checkin.

We had an amazing time staying at this house! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how quiet, peaceful the environment is, away from the noisy city. The bedrooms were comfortable with soft linens, with fresh towels provided. We also loved the outdoor which was great for morning coffee or enjoying the evening breeze. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, but you need to have your own car when coming here because it is quite far from the town where you can food. Our host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for local activities. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend to those who want to unwind relax in a quiet environment.

This house is surrounded by wide open farm with nice view from second floor, perfect for relaxing and getaway. Smart TV, hot water, bed, and sofa are all super comfy and work well. Host is super kind. She gave me some fruit from her farm and even let me pick some veggies to cook. There's one small local shop for eggs, snacks, and beer just 100m away. Few more shops and local Thai food places are about 2km away in next village. It's real Thai countryside vibe, peaceful and laid back.
