Fully furnished and equipped air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment, on the 2nd and top floor of a quiet residence with private parking under video surveillance and shelter for 2-wheelers. The 35 sqm consists of a kitchenette open to the living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a bedroom with a double bed of 140x190 and a bathroom with toilet. Internet via fiber with Wi-Fi and connected TV.
