Very cozy place. i enjoyed my stay. Only issue was bell going off at church at 11pm not sure if that's every night or just due to the fact it was Christmas Eve, I would still be back. The bedroom upstairs was so relaxing. I felt safe and comfy. I will come back in the summer when I can get out and enjoy the weather. see you again!

We had an incredible stay at this spacious riverfront house! The highlight was definitely the breathtaking waterfall right on the property—it felt like something out of a movie. The house itself had plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind, and the sports barn setup was a huge hit with my family. Seeing the old mill on-site was also a unique and memorable touch. This place truly offers a perfect mix of natural beauty, history, and comfort. Highly recommend!

My stay was comfortable and relaxing! I love this house it’s so unique and fun. My son and I loved it. We found it feels sort of like a fort which we loved. The host is so relaxed and go with the flow it was so refreshing!!! What a find! This is the perfect getaway from city living. The A-frame offers a modern, cozy vibe out in the countryside. The instructions are clear to find the location and the house is exactly as listed. The house is about 25 mins from the closest city making it a great isolated adventure (but not too lonely haha). Don’t miss out!

This is the third year we have stayed there. We attend a big event in town, so it is nice to come back to something cozy and comfortable. We even went down to the water for a short walk this year since there was no ice or snow.

We had a great time. Sir Sam’s ski hill nearby. Hot tub was great for those days when ski hill was not an option. There is fast internet at the cottage. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful space. Next time I’m in the area I will definitely be back. It was so comfortable and the interior design is lovely. The hosts were great and very helpful and responsive. See you again.

Margaret seemed very nice, she left croissants in the kitchen for us to have in the morning. Overall a very cozy spot to stay and we had no issues. One thing I noticed is that there's an adjoining door that connects from her side of the building to ours and I'm not sure if it locks, maybe it does but I didn't see a lock option on my side. Anyway it still felt private and we definitely got what we paid for.

Betty’s place is excellent. A beautiful view over the water and a lovely interior. Highly recommend it.

For sure, if I have to go back in Peterborough, I would rent again this lovely apartment. It has all the basics and I appreciate the quiet neighbourhood. Self entry was easy with the detailed instructions of the host. The only comment I would give to other guests is that the mattress is quite soft and a little uneven. Nevertheless, I had two very good night sleeps thanks to the quiet spot and also very good quality of bedding.

As a family of two, we adore spending time in nature. As soon as we walked into Judi and Dave's house, we fell in love! What a magnificent house and what a nice view. Dave and Judi were fantastic hosts. We'll definitely return to take in the scenery!

Highly recommend Gordana beyond friendly and the place was very homey and roomy. Just as pictured in the photos, if you need anything response time is beyond fast. Highly recommend

I can’t say enough other than I felt like we went to our families house for the weekend. Her and her husband made us feel right at home. She had homemade brownies waiting for us and greeted us when we arrived. There was nothing missed in the way they have this set up. The most above and beyond experience with a beautiful breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved staying at Jake and Lauren’s! Super cute inside and very spacious for a one bedroom apartment. Very walkable to nearby restaurants and businesses, which we enjoyed. They’re very responsive and friendly hosts, and we would definitely stay again in the future!

Christine communicated well and provided a list of all requirements. The lake and dock is absolutely perfect. A few steps down to the water but the shallow waterfront makes up for it. Awesome spots for kids to be swimming without worry. Lots of space.

David and Mimi’s place was gorgeous and had everything we needed for our stay. Great for families and kids. We enjoyed canoeing and kayaking on the private lake. They were very communicative and responsive, generous and thoughtful. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a beautiful stay at the wonderful Lotus. Exactly as advertised, a spacious, well-appointed house with amazing lakeside view and 5 minutes to our favourite ski spot. We were 8 people and had plenty of room, comfy beds, plentiful clean linens and towels and a huge driveway which was cleared of snow before and during our stay! Thank you Hai for your hospitality, we will definitely be back!

We had an unforgettable experience during our stay and look forward to returning next year. The island was beautiful, the many different houses accommodated our large group and each family of the 5 that went had their own space to unwind. The kitchen was beautiful and made meal prep and cooking so easy. The kida had lots to do with basketball, board games, mini pool tables, hot tub and the highlight was definitely the swimming. The water was great, warm and clear at any given time during the day and the kids had so much fun jumping off the docks, using the paddle boats and the canoes. We all had such a great time and are so thankful to Marla and Sherri-an employee who helped us when we checked in and checked out- Sherri was a great help, kind, friendly, hospitable and even recommended a different cottage with less steps for next year that I will definitely look into because it was a beautiful experience. Don't think twice about booking your stay here my family and I loved it!
