House vacation rentals in Tučepi

Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

Tražili smo smještaj koji nudi potpunu privatnost i opuštanje, a ova vila je nadmašila sva naša očekivanja. Smještena usred netaknute prirode, vila pruža nevjerojatan osjećaj mira i spokoja. Započinjanje dana uz cvrkut ptica i svjež zrak, daleko od gradske vreve, bio je pravi melem za dušu. Bazen je bio apsolutni hit! Prostran, čist i s dovoljno ležaljki za sve – idealan za jutarnje osvježenje ili popodnevno uživanje pod suncem. Posebno nam se svidjelo što je bazen potpuno privatan, što nam je omogućilo da se opustimo bez ikakvih smetnji. Vrt je priča za sebe. Prekrasno uređen, s obiljem zelenila i šarenog cvijeća, i mnoštvom povrća pravo je umjetničko djelo. Svaki kutak vrta odiše pažnjom i ljubavlju, pružajući savršen ambijent za večernja druženja ili jednostavno uživanje u tišini. Dijete je obožavalo istraživati svaki kutak! Ova vila nije samo smještaj, već jedinstveno iskustvo.

Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

This villa is stunning. Quiet and calm neighbourhood. The hosts were available 24/7 via txt. The pool was super refreshing and we had sun from 9am to 8pm. The view is better than the pictures. We had 6 adults in the house and did not feel crowded at all - thanks to the 3 full bathrooms. I recommend a rental car because the villa is high up on a mountain. We drove around to Split quite a lot to do shopping and golf. We also hiked to the Fortica on the mountain. Omis has great restaurants. I would stay here again! Thank you.

I had a fantastic stay at Lukas' Airbnb in Podstrana. The location is truly unbeatable—just a 15 to 20-minute drive into Split, making it perfect for exploring the city, and only a 5-minute drive to the beautiful seafront. The villa itself is immaculate; it's clear that every detail has been thoughtfully considered, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luka was an exceptional host. He responded very quickly to all my enquiries and was always available and eager to offer great recommendations to enhance my visit. He went above and beyond to assist me, which truly made my experience memorable. I highly recommend Lukas' place for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable, and welcoming stay in Podstrana. I would definitely stay here again!

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. Ideal location close to water, shops and market. The pool is a great addition in summer heat. Highly recommend as a holiday home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ivan and Tihana were not just incredible hosts, but extremely kind people. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Brela is stunning and we will be going back for sure. There were small details that we loved like the homemade extra virgin olive oil to cook with and the complimentary beers (even though we don’t really drink) lastly, they have a paddle board with all the equipment which we could use whenever. This was amazing as you would normally have to hire something like this at the beach. I could go on, but if you are staying in Croatia, look no further than this gorgeous Airbnb hosted by lovely people.

So happy with our stay here in Hvar. What a find! The location is unbeatable, just down a few steps and you are right there on main harbor. So easy to walk from the ferry. But just far enough back to be very quiet and private. The home is beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We LOVED the balcony and the upper-level kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Very nice decor, furniture, and appliances - just as in the pictures. The host was so kind and helpful. Coffee shop just outside. Restaurants all around. The location really is incredible - we will 100% stay here if we are back in Hvar.

We are very satisfied with our stay! The accommodation offered a great sense of relaxation, allowing us to fully enjoy our time. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the host made us feel right at home. The room looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and tidy, which was especially important to us. The beach is close, and the water was clean throughout our entire trip. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we’re definitely planning to come back again! P.S. We had a lovely stay, the cottage is situaded beautifully secluded in the mountains and it was such a calm and relaxing environment. Our host was so welcoming and attantive and quick to reply to our questions. There is a supermarket 5 min drive away and scenic hiking routes nearby as well as restaurants within walking distamce with a beautiful view. Would gladly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing holiday away from the crowd.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

Een heerlijke oase van rust. Je hoort niets anders dan de geluiden van de natuur en het uitzicht verveelt nooit. Je waant je in de middle-of-nowhere, maar bent voorzien van alle gemakken en je rijdt met de auto met 40 min. naar alle leuke dorpjes.

Fantastyczne miejsce! Z pewnością będziemy chcieli wrócić. Wszystko zgodne z opisem, przepiękny widok z tarasu, parking przy budynku, 20m do plaży, pralka oraz suszarka dzięki czemu można wyprać rzeczy. Obok małe knajpki, sklep, zdecydowanie warto przyjechać tu na dłużej!

La villa est conforme aux photos et est très bien équipée. L’emplacement est très calme loin de l’agitation de la cote sans en être très loin en voiture. Bonne communication avec les hôtes. Très bonne Focaccia offerte en signe de bienvenue. Très bon séjour dans ce très bel endroit.
