If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Split, then I highly encourage this bijou villa in Klis. Beautifully decorated, high quality linen, exceptional views across Split. The main house is ideal for a couple plus two children sharing a room, the second tiny ‘honeymoon villa’ is just across the path was perfect for our teenager so she could have her own space (and own WiFi). Parking close to the villa wasn’t easy with very narrow roads (get a small car) but providing you are able bodied the short 2 minute uphill walk is totally doable. Bruna the host was extremely responsive and we met the helpful home owner too when he came to clean the pool and replace gas bottle. We also had a nice surprise of a mid holiday cleaner who changed the beds, towels and emptied bins. WiFi doesn’t extend to pool area or upstairs bedrooms but is a good strength downstairs and in the ‘honeymoon villa’. Fabulous experience, would highly recommend.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

The Villa was amazing, with all we need and more (pool, basketball, coffee etc), clean, organized, practical. the surroundings are also beautiful with beach at walking distance. But what made the stay even more amazing was the host. Before and during the stay Bruno always answered very fast with super helpful answer, great suggestions on what to do and who to contact in the area. Fully recommend!!

Great villa, clean modern and a decent pool. The rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were great. The views are spectacular and the villa is right above the beach. Pisak is a beautiful little town, it has a grocery store, a greengrocers, a bakers and a few restaurants. It is also built on the side of a hill so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. The sea is so clear and the beach is a typical Croatian beach, small pebbles. I recommend buying the beach shoes they sell in the shop on the beach front. Omis is a 20 minute Uber ride and worth a visit, also Split is great, but gets very busy. Croatia is a beautiful country and the people are so kind and helpful. Also if you like Roman history Croatia is full of it. Also the Pizza's are amazing.

Ivan's villa is great, it has everything you need for a great holiday. Everything is as shown in the photos. You will need a car as its a 10 min drive into Omis for a better selection of restaurants. We found the local places in Gata to be shut as the end of October is out of season. Ivan is a fantastic host and is always there to help.

Villa Maria is a perfect escape. Great pool, hot tub and facilities - around 25 minutes to get to Split (though parking in the city is a bit hit and miss). Ideally you need a car to get around but it’s perfectly located for peace and quiet. Ivan and his father were superb hosts - second to none. Very responsive if we had any queries during our stay and provided a brilliant welcome pack when we arrived (which was particularly welcomed as our flight was delayed meaning we arrived too late for the supermarkets). Many items such as paper towel, bin bags, toilet rolls, washing up liquid, bbq charcoal, drinking water etc were already provided at the house meaning that those frustrating initial buys were not needed. This made life much simpler/ cheaper than most Air BnB rentals. We were a bit unlucky with the weather but still had a great stay. I'm sure we will return.

Jovana’s house is absolutely beautiful and confortable with a breathtaking view on the sea. It is located in a calm and quiet neighborhood . The accommodation is very well equipped. It was all perfect !

Marjan is a very pleasant and friendly landlady. We always got an immediate response to any questions. The villa is exactly as shown in the photos, except that you don't see how steep and narrow the approach is, and that the house is assembled with a 2nd, and is therefore a bit ringing. Due to the climate, all doors are warped, you could only open and close it with a lot of effort. The kitchen is well equipped, with all kinds of appliances. But it has,only, salt and pepper to season. The path to the sea is via several stairs, without railings, not so ideal for older people. Although a little off the beaten path we enjoyed the tranquility extremely. The bay is great and the water completely clean and clear. Unfortunately, the water in the hot tub turned green at the beginning of the 2nd week and we couldn't use it anymore. Nevertheless, we would have liked to have stayed longer.

We were travelling as a group of 9, including 2 teenagers and 2 children under 10, and this villa accommodated us all perfectly. There was ample space to socialise or enjoy quiet moments apart, striking the ideal balance. The top-of-the-line kitchen facilities gave us the option to stay in, and with groceries delivered, we could easily store a week’s worth of food. The high-tech TVs kept the younger ones entertained with their favourite shows. The rear of the villa, with its stunning sea view, is slightly off south-facing so the garden has plenty of sunlight for sunbathing, while the pool stays shaded until lunchtime, perfect for the kids who played for hours in the morning. Croatia’s landscape is breathtaking, and from the villa, you can enjoy views of both the sea and hills. It’s the nicest villa on the hill and truly felt like a home from home. The team have done an excellent job, and we can’t wait to return. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect stay!

Myself and 8 friends had an amazing time at this villa. Duje and Jelena were the best hosts I’ve ever experienced and were super helpful throughout our stay. It was our first time in Split so they made us feel very welcome. The Villa itself was very clean and spacious with everything you’d need. It was exactly what we were looking for. It’s also near a shop and only a short drive into the town centre. We had the best time and will definitely be back !!

We had a fantastic stay at Gordon's villa in Split! The location is ideal and easily accessible, so we were able to arrive without any problems. The villa was spotlessly clean, which immediately gave us a good feeling. Gordan was an incredibly friendly host and was always available for questions. We were particularly impressed by the beautiful pool, which is perfect for cooling off on hot days. Overall a wonderful experience – we can only warmly recommend Gordon's Villa and look forward to our next stay. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We had a flawless trip. Enjoyed the views and many things to do in Split in and on the water! Management of the property were so attentive prior to our stay through out check out!

I have celebrated my birthday at the villa and our experience exceeded any expectations. The villa is stunning, beautifully decorated, private, spotless clean, with short walking distance to the sea and local restaurants. It’s only a short drive to Split or Trogir. But what made our stay unforgettable is the host! Edita made us feel home, helped with any questions and recommendations, anything we needed was given to us instantly. She greeted us with a delicious birthday cake, cookies and juice, which was a wow moment. She is so accommodating, attentive and caring that I can’t imagine a better host. I would totally recommend her and her villa to everyone as experience with Edita is worth every cent you’ve spent. And we will be happy to come back again!

In this accommodation we were able to spend a nice holiday with the family, because despite the shared house, we had a private space thanks to the individual sleep and bathroom. The beach is a leisurely walk away, but very strenuous to get back to the place as it is on a hill. That's why we needed a taxi to get there. In Makarska you can do a lot, we never got bored. We felt very welcome at check-in. Thank you for having us!

We enjoyed the time in Villa Lucella very much. We were 9 people, although the villa also offers relaxed space for 10-15 people. The accommodation with all the amenities corresponded 1:1 to the expectation and the pictures. Everything was very clean and modern. The landlord's parents live next door, which we perceived as rather positive and uncomplicated. We particularly liked the great sports facilities (beach volleyball, tennis incl. floodlight), which we used intensively as well as the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. We were also pleasantly surprised that each room had its own bathroom. The only negative criticism is the repeated smell of smoke in one of the bathrooms in connection with the grilling (came through the ventilation). All in all we had a great and uncomplicated week and would be happy to come back.

Very nice place, everything as shown in the pictures. Kristian is a very nice and easy host. Everything very hospitable, cakes and drinks right there which is very nice. The pool was used by us every day. With a group of friends, a great place to stay. The only negative point is the federal highway directly below the property. So it's pretty noisy. Nevertheless, all in all, great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at the villa. Everything was just as described, and we particularly liked that all of the rooms were ensuite. The outdoor area was at least as beautiful as on the pictures, we were happy to use the barbecue place outside and loved the pool. Communication was very easy and flexible. We definitely recommend the villa as a great place for a vacation with friends.

Sandra is an amazing host. Our flight was seriously delayed meaning we had to take a ferry to the other side of the island. Not only did Sandra organise a taxi to pick us up, she also waited up past 1am to greet us at the villa. She also got up at 6am on departure date to run us down to the ferry. She did so much to make us feel welcome and was always on hand to help and provide information. Villa Lemo is beautifully clean and tidy, situated just 10 minutes walk from the wonderful harbour area of Bol. 5-star from start to finish.

Had a wonderful few days here. Iris and her dad were super to our family. The apartment was quiet and peaceful and ideal to discover the area. The rooms were spotless and comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Will certainly look to come back and would recommend to other visitors. Thank you.

This is our second year in the row renting the house. We love it and hope to come back again. Mihovil is a great host. He is very helpful and generous. He bought groceries for us when we arrived late from the airport. He also made dinner for us with local delicacies. It is very easy to have contact with him. The house is very big and perfect for a large party of people. The outside area is very good for children since it is secluded. Our children had a lot of fun in the pool area. The surroundings are beautiful. The stoone beach, wich is in walking distances, was lovely. There are restaurants close by. It is perfect to be able to buy newly baked bread in the store on the ground floor of the house. We walked with our 4 and 5 year old children to the beach and town. We also took a boot trip on the river that I recommend everyone to do.

We had a magical stay at Petar's house. The house fit all 11 of us extremely well and was well suited to a beautiful family vacation. The pool was beautiful and very spacious and our kids had a wonderful time playing in it. The surrounding vistas of the mountains only added to the ambiance. Petar's son was extremely communicative and gave us a number of great suggestions as to what to visit and we felt extremely well taken care of. We absolutely loved Croatia and are definitely coming back!

Our stay in Bol was nothing short of delightful, primarily thanks to the charming two-bedroom Villa . The view from the balcony was absolutely superb, offering a stunning panorama that we enjoyed every day. Lounging in the sun, sipping coffee, and soaking in the breathtaking scenery was an everyday highlight. TheVilla itself was the perfect size for our needs. It was cozy and comfortable, making it an ideal retreat after exploring the beautiful town of Bol. The two bedrooms were well-appointed, providing ample space for relaxation. The location couldn't have been better. We were just a short walk from the beach and local amenities, yet the apartment was situated in a peaceful area, ensuring a restful stay. Overall, this villa is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to experience Bol. With its unbeatable views, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

This is a beautiful villa with a lovely pool, plenty of space and every amenity you could need for a relaxing holiday. Well off the beaten track so would recommend a car. Karlo and his father were great hosts and we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic villa. The pictures don't tell how great the building is. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were great. The weather also favors a holiday. I can recommend renting the villa even for a larger group.
