Ivana was an excellent host and she responded to all our messages promptly and was extremely helpful. We visited as 6 adults. The property is essentially two apartments. One on the top floor with two bedrooms and one on the ground floor. Both very clean and tidy The pool house is a lovely feature with amazing views of Sunmartin. There are two restaurants and a bar within walking distance and Sunmartin is a 5 minute drive away (approx another 6 restaurants and bars). Tommy's supermarket is also 5 minutes drive away. There are lots of areas locally to swim in the fantastic clear blue sea. Ivana ensures her guests have everything they need to enjoy their time in Selca. If you are looking for an unspoilt part of the world that hasn't yet been hit by tourism then look no further than Villa Diamond.

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Patria Suite. The accommodation was perfect - luxurious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you need. The private terrace and roof top pool are really special. However, even better than this were the hosts. We wish we could give more than 5* for this! All so warm, friendly and welcoming (but never intruding on our privacy - you would never know that they live on the lower floors, other than they are there to help when ever you need anything). They provided everything we needed for our 7 month old baby (even buying a new mattress for the cot, baby bath and toys especially for him!). The fresh fruit and vegetables from Damira’s garden are spectacular. It was such a special place to stay. The care and attention to detail from the family made this THE best Air BnB we have ever stayed in.

We have just returned from a vacation in this beautiful villa and we simply have to share our delight! We were looking for accommodation that offers complete privacy and relaxation, and this villa surpassed all our expectations. Nestled in the midst of untouched nature, the villa offers an incredible feeling of peace and tranquility. Starting the day with the chirping of birds and fresh air, far from the city bustle, was a real balm for the soul. The pool was an absolute hit! Spacious, clean and with plenty of deckchairs for everyone - ideal for morning refreshment or afternoon enjoyment in the sun. We especially liked that the pool was completely private, which allowed us to relax without any interference. The garden is a story in itself. Beautifully decorated, with plenty of greenery and colorful flowers, and a multitude of vegetables, it is a true work of art. Every corner of the garden exudes care and love, providing the perfect ambience for evening gatherings or simply enjoying the silence. The child loved to explore every corner! This villa is not just accommodation, but a unique experience.

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had a very nice stay at the villa! The villa is in a quiet neighborhood where everything is easily accessible. Marko is a super nice host, very accommodating, warm and always available for a recommendation/tip 👍🏻 The villa is well maintained and clean.

We loved having a private patio and pool. We used the kitchen a lot and had a great time here. The hosts were super helpful and we responsive. I'd recommend having a rental car here as the road to get here is steep at times. The view was so wonderful and was a big reason we decided to stay here as well.

Fantastic nice place, definitely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All the amenities we needed. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We would love to come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Ideal location close to water, shops and market. The pool is a great addition in summer heat. Highly recommend as a holiday home.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Ivan and Tihana were not just incredible hosts, but extremely kind people. The Airbnb was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Brela is stunning and we will be going back for sure. There were small details that we loved like the homemade extra virgin olive oil to cook with and the complimentary beers (even though we don’t really drink) lastly, they have a paddle board with all the equipment which we could use whenever. This was amazing as you would normally have to hire something like this at the beach. I could go on, but if you are staying in Croatia, look no further than this gorgeous Airbnb hosted by lovely people.

Location was perfect! You walk down some stairs right into cobblestone alleyways and shops and cafes. Even around this area our unit was always quiet. The beds were extremely cozy and the view was beautiful. Internet and Netflix was easy to use and I loved being able to wash clothes! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Thanks to Igor and marija, We had spent wonderful 6 days here. Place is literally located in the beach . Having a huge terrace made everything much more relaxed . Totally recommended!

We are very satisfied with our stay! The accommodation offered a great sense of relaxation, allowing us to fully enjoy our time. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the host made us feel right at home. The room looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and tidy, which was especially important to us. The beach is close, and the water was clean throughout our entire trip. All in all, we had a wonderful experience and we’re definitely planning to come back again! P.S. If you want a truly unforgettable experience and to be part of something special, PLEASE book this place. From kind words and surprise refreshments to a perfectly private beach tucked into a hidden oceanside village, you will not be disappointed. We had a rental car but didn't use it because we couldn't be torn away from the peaceful clear waters of the Adriatic and the beautifully manicured terraces for lounging and enjoying the sunset views. We could go on and on, but we'll just say: THANK YOU & SEE YOU AGAIN! <3

Josipa's place is located up in the mountains but just 10 mins drive to punta rata a very nice beach spot. She will give you a parking card which we really appreciated as parking around it's a bit tricky House is basic but with everything you need Clean and comfortable We didn't enjoy much the space outside, table and chairs and the little allotment, of the house as we spent most of the time exploring the surroundings

Božena's place is very comfortable and nicely decorated. they did a great job with the house. the pool area is very nice.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

It was wonderful. The best and most quiet AirBNB I've ever visited. You are connected with Nature. The only thing you can here are the animals while enjoying the beautiful view of the hills. Everything was perfectly clean. You've everything you need. They really thought about every detail. The garden is phenomenal. If you need help Glorija will be there in minutes. With recommendations and all you need. All in all it was a 6/5 experience. You won't regret it. But you have to like the abundance and you need a car if you want to visit cool spots. Had a wonderful stay! The place is just like the photos, with amazing views out to sea and across to Split. A fantastic outdoor space with the heated pool and outdoor kitchen where we prepared and cooked all our meals. The bedrooms were comfortable, with good temperature control, blackout shutters, and well sound insulated from any noises outside. Recommend the short hike up the hill behind the house for even more amazing views in all directions. Nina and Petar were great hosts, proactively making contact ahead of arrival and departure, meeting on our schedule, providing great recommendations for things to see and do, and being easily reachable if needed.

A wonderful oasis of peace. You hear nothing but the sounds of nature, and the view never gets boring. You imagine yourself in the middle-of-nowhere, but you are equipped with every comfort and you drive by car 40 min. to all the nice villages.

Fantastic place! We will definitely want to come back. Everything is as described, beautiful view from the terrace, parking by the building, 20m to the beach, washer and dryer so you can wash things. Next to small eateries, a store, it's definitely worth coming here for longer!
