The accommodation was amazing, both Ana and Enzo always very kind, the view from the amazing balcony, house was impeccable, we had everything we needed for our daily lives. We felt at home, the house very cozy.

House with great structure to accommodate a family. Everything was very well arranged, organized and clean. It's 3 blocks from the sea and you can walk. I only missed a barbecue and garage. The host is attentive and answers questions. I would definitely come back.

My stay was excellent! The flat is exactly as described, very clean and cozy , well located and with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Sara is a cute, was very attentive and helpful, always available for questions. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone!

We spent the carnival in the house and in our lodging, we very much liked the experience we had with the site and hosts. Even before the trip, Acsa cleaned up all our questions and was very willing to help. The house is two floors, underneath with garage, very large house, accommodates a lot of people, has a patio and huge balcony with table for meals, etc. The location is good, with shops close by and the best, on the balcony to have a beautiful view of the beach. And My Baby loved to keep swinging on the net that has kkk Suggestions: As we were with a baby who demands a lot of clothes changes, if in the house had a washing machine, our experience would be even better. The accommodation is great, well ventilated and equipped. The shower is warm and with good pressure, comfortable beds and the living room/kitchen area is very spacious and ventilated. The location of the house is very good, on a quiet cul-de-sac and very close to the center of Barra de Ibiraquera, with food and market options. In addition to being very close to the beach and the lagoon. The plus was due to two bicycles that we were able to use while we were staying. Mrs. Eliane and Mr. Olívio are very helpful and always assisted us promptly when needed. Very true to the listing. We loved the stay and would certainly recommend it and, if possible, we would return.

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean, everything well arranged, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too many rules for use, but these are condominium rules. As far as the host's responsibility is concerned, everything was excellent!

Max's apartment had everything you need for a good stay as a family, a single constructive comment would be to add an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend the apartment because it has a great location and a very good cost benefit ratio.

The apartment was very comfortable, bright, spacious, with a very well-equipped kitchen Having 2 bathrooms and the bedrooms on separate floors is very, very good! The complex is very nice and comfortable, the pool is very clean and a good size. Access to downtown and the beach is really good. Highly recommended!

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-out were practical. I recommend Augusto's place.
