Vacation rentals with a patio in Tubarão

Very clean and organized studio, had everything we needed. Thoughtful and helpful hosts. Praia da Vila is charming. We highly recommend it.

House with great structure to accommodate a family. Everything was very well arranged, organized and clean. It's 3 blocks from the sea and you can walk. I only missed a barbecue and garage. The host is attentive and answers questions. I would definitely come back.

My stay was excellent! The flat is exactly as described, very clean and cozy , well located and with all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Sara is a cute, was very attentive and helpful, always available for questions. The experience was great, and I would definitely stay here again. I recommend it to everyone!

The space is functional, beautiful (just like the photos), has all the amenities and was super clean and fragrant. I used it to work from home and the internet worked great too! It has several windows so it's well ventilated (which should be great in the heat) but even in the cold it wasn't a problem, because the air conditioning on hot and the heated faucets saved us! Although it is next to the host's house, it has a separate entrance and you have all the privacy. Dani is a sweetheart, super helpful and available, she helped us with everything we needed.

The loft is very cozy, clean and organized. Renata was very helpful when I asked for information. In addition to being very kind at check-in, making some welcome items and an Easter treat available. Our stay was great.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience!

Definitely a paradise on earth! My friends and I had an amazing weekend at the house! We were greeted by Rosilene (a sweetheart!) who introduced us to the whole house and how everything worked. Bed linen and towels were super clean and smelling. The heated pool is super warm and was the highlight of the weekend! It's sensational to be able to enjoy the beautiful view from the water (the sunrise is a show in itself!). The kitchen is very complete and served us very well. We recommend the stay and will be back soon!

The place is very cozy, comfortable and clean. From the wooded backyard, the lawn and the plants that decorate the indoor environment, everything brings a lot of tranquility and peace. In addition, it is in a region with very beautiful lakes and beaches, the host knows everything in the region and recommended beautiful trails to us. Definitely recommend and plan to return shortly.

The house is impeccable, in the photos it is already beautiful, but in person it is even more beautiful. The view is incredible for the river, three very good bedrooms, blankets and pillows and bedding, very practical kitchen and bathrooms with great space. When we got home, it was very clean and everything was in place. I highly recommend it, I will definitely come back more often. Great place to hang out with the family.

We love the place, it's just bad to access, who has a big car, like a truck gets a little more difficult to get in, I think she didn't communicate this, but other than that, the place is excellent.

I felt at home, a quiet, cozy, calm place... there is no noise other than the birds, an excellent environment to rest! We had a small problem with the shower that was quickly fixed... The experience was very good!

Cozy and quiet place,when we arrived what bothered us a little was the musty odor,but I believe it was because the house was very closed. Daniel is a great host,responds quickly,and is always willing to help and assist. We had an unforeseen situation with the shower that burned,but it is something that happens,Daniel did not take long to try to solve the problem,and he was willing to help,an electrician from the condominium went to the house and changed the shower, we had not even a cost. The accommodation is very cozy,quiet and well located. Very familiar.

Apartment exactly as shown in the photos, clean, everything well arranged, with all the necessary utensils for a good stay. Easy communication with the host, we were very well received by Mrs. Graça, a lovely lady! Only the pool has too many rules for use, but these are condominium rules. As far as the host's responsibility is concerned, everything was excellent!

Max's apartment had everything you need for a good stay as a family, a single constructive comment would be to add an air conditioning in the living room. We recommend the apartment because it has a great location and a very good cost benefit ratio.

The apartment is well located in Capivari de baixo/Tubarão and is well equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Check-in and check-out were practical. I recommend Augusto's place.

We stayed 7 days in February-March 2025. Giselle is very friendly and an excellent host. He sent us recommendations for things to do. The apartment is as shown in the photos and very comfortable, it has everything you need. We felt very safe in the building and in the neighborhood. As another guest mentioned, from one of the rooms the view overlooks the cemetery and, although the view from the balcony is beautiful, it also includes that view, as the cemetery is right next door. We didn't see this detail mentioned in the description, and although it didn't affect us, it could be important to other guests. Giselle informed us that the apartment had two beach chairs, so we decided to take fewer of our own. Upon arrival, we noticed that one of them was in such poor condition that it could not be used, which disappointed us a bit because we were counting on it. Fortunately, it wasn't a big deal, as one of the guests was a child and spent most of the time playing.

Perfect accommodation for rest within the beach of Camacho. The condominium is very safe. The place is amazing, the room faces the sea, there is about 200m from the water. It is possible to sit on dunes in the shade in front of the bedroom, while enjoying the beauty and sound of the sea. There is an option to stay in the patio inside the condominium, which has a great lawn and a lot of shade. Very quiet, quiet place with easy access to markets and a great fruit tree. Hosted in this room, it is possible to transit the beautiful beaches of Jaguaruna and Laguna quickly by car. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hosts Simone and husband Antônio are great people, very attentive and concerned about our convenience. I highly recommend, we will be back!
