We had a very good stay! Quiet and easily accessible beach, near the house there is a market and a convenience store, as well as some options for food. In the center, more market options, pharmacy and restaurants, all within a maximum of 20 minutes walking or even 10 minutes. The accommodation was great, well maintained and with plenty of kitchen utensils. Receptive and attentive hosts. Great option for family and relaxation.

The accommodation was amazing, both Ana and Enzo always very kind, the view from the amazing balcony, house was impeccable, we had everything we needed for our daily lives. We felt at home, the house very cozy.

I was greeted by Kenia when I arrived at the accommodation, she welcomed us and showed us the accommodation, communicating with us the whole time to adjust our arrival. The accommodation is very true to the listing, 3 bedrooms all with air conditioning, 2 double beds and 2 single beds, the shower is really good. Wide and lovely space The mini market in the condominium made things very easy, very well located apartment, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant and market very close. We only miss an electric sandwich maker that would make breakfast tastier. Other basic kitchen items (small set of pots, crockery and cutlery) available in the accommodation. Accommodation met our expectations and needs. Kenia was an excellent host, very friendly, she took the time to inform us about the amenities of the place, points of interest and tourism, I appreciate the hospitality.

Hosting IS unique and exactly like in the pictures. Espaçosa, illuminated, cozy, ventilated... Very equipped kitchen. Internet worked well. Perfect house for long stays. It is in a very quiet region, with a wonderful lagoon at the back of the houses. Finally, the Kinza host is super helpful and kind. We recommend 100% and will be back for sure in a future opportunity.

IMPECCABLE is the word that best describes my stay. Everything is clean, organized, functional and cozy. The sea view is great, you can see a good part of the beach, and the breeze that blows from the sea is delightful! The accommodation manages to blend the tranquility of a secluded neighborhood with the proximity to the city center. From the stay to the city center it was about a 5-minute drive, and the nearby beaches are also easily accessible by car. The guide prepared by Giulianno was great, he managed to direct which beaches to visit and, mainly, which restaurants. The nearby beach has an access trail next to the residence, but I recommend walking a little further and going down the parallel street, especially if you are carrying beach gear.

The place is great, right on the beach, very close to restaurants and markets. Everything extremely clean, new furniture, clean and fragrant linens, air-conditioning on when we arrived, everything impeccable. Bathtub with beach view, hot water, perfect!
