This place is really worth the price. Our stay was great. It can really accomodate a big group (we are 16 guests and 1 infant). Marami pang space at hindi talaga kayo magsiksikan sa place nila. In fact, nakakapaglaro pa nang taguan yung mga bata sa place nila without disturbing the adults having a rest. This place is a great deal kung maramihan kayo.

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! Will try to stay at this house again for my family’s annual Baguio trip. Thank you again, Sir Joel! All the best to your business.

The place was easy to find, and the caretaker, Karl, was very responsive. He quickly provided us with an additional chair for the dining area since we were six people and there were originally only five chairs available. We didn’t use the bedrooms in the basement because we all wanted to sleep together in the spacious living room while watching movies. Luckily, there were extra beds stored in the cabinet, which we used comfortably. The basement bedrooms also looked nice and comfortable to sleep in. Additionally, my sister was able to work without any issues because the internet connection was strong. We were also pleasantly awakened by the sunrise, which made the stay even more special. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home! If I may suggest, having a water dispenser would be a nice addition, so it’s easier to quickly pour hot water for coffee.

Very good things for our stay in Baguio in Ms. Sofia’s place: - very spacious! we were 10 in the group and everyone had private spaces to themselves - complete utensils, kitchen tools and appliances. We were able to cook for our dinner and breakfast. - bathrooms are clean and complete too - not too far from the city center The entry is a bit steep lang so be cautious especially with the drivers. Overall, very fit for our large group! Thank you so much for accommodating us. 🧡🙏

We had a great time staying at her place. As much as we wanted to stay a little longer because 4 days is not enough the place is homey and quiet. Wel will definitely comeback to her place.

We had an amazing stay! The house interior was stunning, spacious, and perfect for our group of four. The place felt like home- peaceful, clean, and fully equipped. We appreciated the water dispenser and free drinking water. The huge sofa was a great spot to relax and enjoy Netflix. We also availed of the surprise package for my boyfriend's birthday, which was well worth the minimal charge. The setup was impressive! Kudos to Sir Keith and especially to their kind caretaker, Kuya Rey. Note that the road to the house is quite steep, so it's best to bring your own vehicle. However, we managed fine without one, as taxis were readily available in the area. Overall, our stay was absolutely worth the price. If we get the chance to return to Baguio, we'll definitely choose to stay here again. Thank you so much! Satisfied guest here :)

The house was nice. Can accommodate a lot of people. Ate Nancy was also very helpful. However, I noticed that some blankets have stains. Other than that, the house was amazing..

Kendal's place really felt like a home away from home! The rooms were cozy and nicely decorated, and whenever I had a question or needed something, she was quick to respond and super helpful. The only little hiccup was the internet on the second floor; it could use a bit of an upgrade. But honestly, everything else was fantastic, and this tiny issue didn’t spoil my experience at all. I can't wait to stay at her property again the next time I'm in Baguio!

All i can say is. Maganda! Maganda ang place, peaceful. maganda ang view meron mountain scenery at back of the house. A lot of restaurant nearby to dine in. Big at spacious ang place ni mam annabele. Maasikaso, mabait at tuturuan ka sa hindi mo alam na puntahan around baguio..
