I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly gracious, and the staff at the property were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The place looked exactly as described, with beautiful surroundings and a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommend staying here!

Simply the best stay in Hanoi. Back for a 4th time.

We stayed at Phuong's place for two nights. She is friendly and always responsive before, during and even after the stay. Always care about her guests. The apartment is situated in an old building. Near to the local markets and restaurants. The whole apartment had been renovated. The rooms are clean, the apartment is equipped with the shampoo and hair dryer. Don't forget to take a nice photo in the apartment. There is a instagr-able corner-the bath tub. Thanks to Phuong, I highly recommend this place.

The room was cozy and rustic, but most of all, clean. Located in a bustling neighborhood near a market full of colors, this room makes the traveler feels like they are a part of the vietnamese tapestry. The owner is more than eager to help with any queries you might have. Would totally recommend!

The team managing this accommodation is very professional, courteous and responsive. They also provided assistance in booking taxis for pickup and dropoffs and other domestic travel, and dealt with my requests patiently. The accommodation itself is clean and tidy and located at a quiet place, yet close to the city. We could arrange cleaning promptly when required. There is also space to park rented two-wheelers, which was safe and convenient. The kitchenette, microwave etc are helpful, which you would not get if you stay in a hotel. The availability of lift is a bonus in case the guests are not able to take stairs, which was super-convenient for the elderly guests in my group. Very few other places have this faciilty. On-site washer and dryer make it convenient to wash and dry clothes in a short duration, means you can pack light yet have access to clean clothes everyday. Overall this accommodation is a great place to live like a local!

It is worth staying, it is ten minutes walk from the train street and the cathedral, the pictures and the real environment are combined, there are several coffee shops juice shops and snack shops downstairs, the shops for exchange of foreign currencies are also two streets nearby, there is an ok convenience store about ten minutes walk, and the bar street in the old town can also be reached in fifteen minutes on foot. Thank you for the early access to the inn on the day, you can enter by a juice shop during the day, enter by a juice shop, take the elevator to the left of the elevator on the fifth floor is two bedrooms, one with a bathroom, there is also a bathroom on the right side of the elevator on the sixth floor, on the right side of the elevator is a bedroom, on the left is a small living room with a kitchen, the living room is a half open-air living room, the fifth and sixth floor can go down the stairs or take the elevator, the owner of the hotel replied very fast, with patience. Overall the hotel was worth more than 90 minutes.

I was lucky to stay here as my first time in Hanoi. This place is charming, its wooden, with nice lightning and spacious. It gives a very comfortable and grounded feeling. I also felt safe, knowing there is always security and having the cleaner renew water/towels was nice too. Location is the best, close to the centre but hidden in this half island 10 minutes away by walk. It has a beautiful lake and nice cafes for peaceful moment (before starting your chaotic touristy day). Pho - right in front of the building till 2 pm, i was having it almost everyday as it was one of the best I've tried (locals mostly). I would definitely come back and stay here! thanks :)

Location was good but read till the end, ways to access by car or motorcycle are closed during some hours daytime due to restaurants on streets. Accommodation has all necessary items you need and as well kitchen. Is near a shisha Bar and you can feels the smoke from there, located in a second floor quiet but no sunlight touches it. Guard at the entrance very friendly and building safe, you can hear the noise from street and what impacted is terribly was the quite giant cockroaches once we entered, we tough was one but stayed there 3 days and saw another coming from siphon out and last day a pretty enormous one dead right next to the bed which means they could walk above you while sleeping.
