Around there are many restaurants - mini supermarkets - and tourist attractions such as Dancing Cave, Thung Nham... The new homestay was built with many rooms with modern design and full amenities at very cheap prices for a vacation trip in Ninh Binh. Home has a restaurant serving meals for guests (set or menu), has a cooking stove and BBQ grill for guests, and has free parking.

Tam Coc Palm House is a beautiful homestay located in the center of traditional village in Tam Coc area. It is great accommodation, clean and comfortable with all rooms decorated by bamboo and Viet traditional materiars. we have both private and dorm rooms with nice garden and seating area. Our host family are friendly, interested in cultural exchange and we look forward to welcoming international tourists into my home. We sure you will have a great time with us.

Our Bungalow localted in Tam Coc town center. It’s close enough to walk to restaurants and cafes but far enough to where you don’t hear noises from cars and people from the street. I stayed here for four days. I highly recommend Center Tam Coc Homestay. It’s a great location, just off the main street in Tam Coc. So many activities and restaurants within walking distance. The host family is very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Great place to stay ☺️

Pros: 1. we reached early for check-in and the team was very accommodating. Since we were two couples, they helped us with one room to start with. 2. The staff was helpful in booking cabs and communicating for information. 3. They have mopeds available for a decent cost though not in the best of conditions 4. The staff is very friendly and responsive 5. The rooms were clean and justified for the amount paid. 6. The bungalow is close to Tam Coc boating and easier to commute.

Such a perfect stay from start to finish! The host was super friendly, waited for us to arrive and helped us with our stuff to the room. Located right in the edge of Tam Cốc, close enough to access the centre, but far enough so you are surrounded by nature. Just a few steps down the road, you are greeted with their gorgeous limestone mountains. The host was able to help find motorbikes for us, But cycles are able to be rented for free too. The place also came with free breakfast, which was a great touch and a great way to start the day. The grounds keeping ladies were adorable, and they offer room cleaning too. Overall, such a great stay, we spent a total of 6 days but wish we could stay for more. A great place to explore Ninh Bình.

Our stay in Ninh Binh was excellent. The accommodation hosted by Thanh was fantastic — spotless, very clean, and located on a quiet street just a short walk from the main road. There were plenty of restaurants, cafés, and karaoke bars nearby, as well as easy access to tourist attractions like the Tam Coc boat ride. We also rented their bicycles and enjoyed a lovely ride around the area. Thanh, his wife, and his daughters are all wonderful people — warm, kind, and welcoming. I definitely recommend this place!

Cute little cabin rooms. This is in the owner’s home’s yard. He makes really good breakfast! The location is right in the heart of Tam Coc the town. There are some places to stay that are more in the nature side within the mountains that looked beautiful, but this location was more convenient for people wanting something close to the town, restaurants, bars etc. We rented bikes and took the paths to the mountains - it was perfect!
