Villa vacation rentals in Tsoukalades

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

Very nice place to stay. The pictures are exactly like the place looks in real. Kostas was good in communication and picked us up to take us to the house. There is a beautiful view from the terrace down to the city. You need a car to get to the restaurants, but then they are easy to reach.

The place is even more beautiful than appears to be in the picture; the property has an amazing view to the sea, well preserved, located in the middle of olive trees that offers you the shadow you need in the middle of a hot day; the infinity pool is a big plus that makes this place even more impressive. Kostas and his wife are the perfect hosts for the guests, making us feeling welcomed from the moment we arrived there. All in all, we had an amazing time there and we want to come back again in the future.

Beautiful views, and wonderfully peaceful place. We were there in the off-season with no one occupying the other homes which was lovely. It would feel less private in the busy season with neighbors around, but the views would be still very worthwhile. The sunsets over the ocean are incredible. Only suggestion to guests would be to bring beach towels for the pool - we didn’t have enough towels for the week and needed to get some in town.

Das Haus von Stathis ist fantastisch. Sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt, toll war auch die Zwischenreinigung. Das Haus ist stilvoll renoviert, man fühlt sich wie im Neubau. Eine wunderbarer Ausblick auf das Meer und die Hügel der Umgebung. Das kleine Bergdorf hat eine traditionelle Taverne und ein Café, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden wiederkommen.

Magical villa. Exactly as described. Almost unbelievably beautiful. Perfect for a family trip.

We had an amazing stay! The villa is beautiful & well positioned, so close to the beach & in such a special location. There are a few tavernas & shops located within walking distance- Molos was a particular highlight. The villa was brilliant for our family & baby- blackout shutters on the windows & we were able to borrow a cot & high chair. The pool was full of inflatables, plenty of outdoor seating & sun beds, bbq etc. if you’ve got a young family, it is just perfect in every way. Finally Gal & Rea were amazing hosts. They made sure we had some beers & groceries on arrival & went out of their way to help us the entire time. We will be back very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay & some gorgeous memories

What an amazing stay. We loved the house and the surrounds. We hired a quad bike and could get to the nearby beaches and restaurants with ease. The pool area was fantastic and so too the outside deck. There was great communication and easy check-in. We will be back! Thank you!

we had the pleasure and luck to find and enjoy this gem of Villa for our stay in Sivota. we have been greated by our amazing host , Barbara who was exceptional. herself, together with Anna ( whom helped us book the villa) ensures we had everything we needed. the place is truly a gem and very close to sivota place. the experience for the 7 days was outstanding,we felt so relaxed really welcomed. warm and cozy villa, well structured with a lot of outside and inside sitting place. i would recommend this to anyone that wants to truly enjoy quality time with friends and family. for us , it was pure gold. thank you Barbara and Anna for being such amazing hosts:)

This is a beautiful home, I think the views are even better than what photos show, they do not do justice. The home was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a group or just two people. Within ways distance of local shops with fruit and basic goods, Picnic is a great spot for breakfast, just a few minutes drive. Fiskardo and easy drive down which is great for dinner. Absolutely recommend and will return.

The villa was stunning just like the photos and finished to an incredibly high spec. Beautifully furnished with a clean , crisp and stylish edge.The villa is on a hill overlooking Sivota Bay and other islands and the view is truly breathtaking. The outside BBQ and seating area was large and provided shade from the sun. It was hot while we were here but the air conditioning inside was super efficient and provided the perfect temperature. Paul the host gave great instruction how to get to the villa and was on hand if we needed anything. The road to the villa, and in fact all the accommodation on the hill above Sivota , is windy and steep in places and takes about 10 minutes to drive from Sivota . Sivota itself is charming with lovely restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful week staying at Evagelos’ villa in Agios Nikitas. Everything was perfect, the beautiful terraces (one terrace overlooking the bay, perfect for day and evening, and another terrace by the pool where we made good use of the BBQ), lovely interiors and bedrooms, plenty of towels and toiletries and just a really easy and enjoyable stay for our family of 8! Evagelos was really helpful and provided us with lots of information and interesting history about the surrounding area. It was a real pleasure to stay in this beautiful villa. We booked this beautiful villa with fantastic views as a group of 6 (3 couples). The villa(s) felt brand new kitted out with high quality furniture. Comes with all amenities and all linens are provided including both shower and pool towels. 5 minute drive down into the village of Agios Nikitas (about 25 minute walk down hill, longer uphill). Would recommend hiring a car as the walk would be difficult in the heat. Villa is split in half, top half sleeps 4. Would consider this to be the main apartment. And directly below sleeps an additional 2, in their own private basement apartment with their own living space, toilet and kitchen. Can only access from the outside with a seperate key. Perfect for those who would like a little privacy from the rest of the group. Nikolas and Minas were both fantastic hosts, very helpful and accommodating both prior and during our stay. Would highly recommended this villa for your trip. We look forward to returning next summer!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa und können den Ort und die Unterkunft zu 100 % weiterempfehlen. Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen, ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt, wenn man eine kleine Auszeit braucht. Der Pool und die Aussicht auf die Bucht sind atemberaubend. Man erreicht zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten den Hafen, der viele Restaurants hat. Beim Check In hat uns Elena sehr herzlich begrüßt und jede Menge Tipps für die Gegend gegeben, das war wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :-)

Beautiful villa - great location, clean, has everything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space, 3 kitchens, stunning views especially for sunset! A couple of minutes from the sea! Also great to be so close to the shops and restaurants of Agios Nikita’s. Mariza was very responsive and gave us an excellent recommendation for a boat day before we arrived. We also appreciated the manager checking us in and walking us through the villa. Both were very easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay and loved our week in the villa. The view is amazing especially as the sun sets. A great location to walk into the local town or local beaches. The hosts were friendly, helpful and so kind. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending to others

We had a fantastic stay at this villa. It offers beautiful views, a lovely swimming pool, and a peaceful atmosphere—perfect for a relaxing break. The villa was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Erez was highly professional, welcoming, and very responsive. We also really appreciated the mid-stay cleaning service, which was a thoughtful touch that made our experience even better. Just a heads-up: the road to the villa is quite rough and takes about 20 minutes from the bay, even though the distance isn’t far. It’s a bit of a challenge each time, but once you arrive, it’s well worth it. Highly recommended for a quiet and well-organized stay in Sivota!

We had such a wonderful stay at the villa that we extended our stay. The pool and outdoor space is amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the villa is pristine and inviting. Thalia is a great host who greeted us warmly and provided us with wonderful local recommendations. If you get a chance, book this villa!

Fantastische Aussicht - traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge! Wir haben uns hier in der Villa sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war neu und sehr sauber. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung, insbesondere in der Küche war hervorragend. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es gibt sogar einen Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine. Wir wurden mit einem Willkommenspaket begrüßt- Wein, Obst, Wasser und eine ganze Menge leckerer Sachen für ein Frühstück. Grundausstattung mit Öl, Essig, Gewürzen war ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Outdoor Bereich gibt es einen tollen vertieften Sitzbereich von dem man den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann. Der Pool ist traumhaft und hat sogar einen Whirlpool Bereich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und können allen, die Ruhe und Erholung suchen, die Infinity Villas sehr empfehlen. Die tollen Strände Egremni und Porto Katsiki, Megali Beach etc. sind auch nicht weit entfernt. Danke Denisa, für den tollen Service und dass du immer erreichbar warst! 👍

What a villa! Great location on a beautiful island. Very peaceful and has all the facilities you would ever need. The pictures don’t do it justice and i’d highly recommend the villa and the excellent hosting of Spyridon who was amazing throughout. Good communication recommending places to go/eat as well as being very responsive to any questions or requests. Possibly one of the best villas i’ve ever stayed at.

We had a wonderful week at Villa Eugenia Sunrise. The view is spectacular and the location is great - easy access to lots of restaurants and shops in Fiskardo. The villa itself was lovely, the infinity pool a particular highlight but the best thing about our stay was the host Makis. He was extremely helpful in making recommendations and went out of his way to organise access to a TV channel for us to watch the Europa league final in the villa! Very attentive but only when we asked. Thank you!
