Absolutely wonderful house. Everything is designed and laid out with such care, it really felt like a space people loved to spend time in and made cozy for themselves. Ridiculously well stocked kitchen — we didn't have to buy any spices or oil for the NYE dinner, anything we needed was in the pantry for us to use. Very portable and easy to use grill in the courtyard, too. The bedrooms were also amazingly cozy — I don't think I have had better sleep anywhere in all my life than in those beds. <3 The house is only about 15 minutes away (on foot) from Marjanishvili with its restaurants and shops and markets, and the rest of Tbilisi was easily accessible by metro. My only complaint — the water pressure in the bathroom was just enough for a shower, but a little weak for running a full bath (the water would cool by the time it filled up). Other than that, this house might be the best airbnb I've ever stayed at, and I would love to come again. <3

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Khati’s place in Tbilisi! The house was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated just like in the photos. The kitchen was a real highlight: huge, well-equipped, and perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking. There were plenty of utensils, pots, and everything else we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, with a lovely yard that’s perfect for pets. Bonnie, the yard dog, was such a sweet companion and made the place feel even more welcoming. The overall vibe of the home was cozy and aesthetic, and we felt comfortable right away. A few small things could be improved — better ventilation, newer AC and TV, and we really missed having a full-length mirror. A bit more lighting and some basic cleaning supplies would’ve been nice too. But these were minor compared to how much we enjoyed our stay. Would happily stay again!

A lovely little apartment for staying in Tbilisi. It's clean and has everything you need. Very close to many shops and restaurants. The host family is so kind and welcoming! I really enjoyed my stay there.

The most helpful landlady ever! She helped us organise a surprise birthday party. She came home before us and prepared the cake and balloons and everything!! The view is also amazing in the balcony. We are super greatful for everything

The house was really as described. Tinatin was verg helpful. It wasn’t difficult to find and is located close to the city center. The garden, in particular, was very enjoyable. Thank you for everything.

I would say the best experience for AirBnB in Georgia I had with these beautiful guys. Apartment really nice, quiet and at the same time you can feel like you are in home. I’m going to definitely book this next time as well. Thank you guys for this nice experience.

Maka's place is amazing, you will not be disappointed. the property is beautiful, with a great yard with an outdoor bbq area that would be amazing for a group event. The home's decor is elegant and comfortable. The second floor deck/patio was a huge plus feature for me and my dog. There are 2-3 stores within a short <5 minute walk where you can get supplies and groceries. The house is a short ride from the center of the city, I never had trouble getting Bolt Delivery, or a Bolt ride when I wanted to go to the city center. Maka and her family are gracious and hospitable hosts. There is 1 bathroom (large shower, and toilet) connected via the kitchen, so that may be important to note if you have a larger group. I have rented many places, and I highly recommend Maka's place!

Very nice apartment. Our apartment was exactly what was described. It was clean and Mari was a great host. Very responsive and helped with any queries I had. Location was perfect and access to lots of walkable surroundings. Great view also. Will look forward to booking again!

I loved it so much, I had to extend! Roman and Sarah made it incredibly easy. The space continued to feel like a home away from home, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly grateful for such thoughtful hosts.

We had a great time in this spacious and modern house. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wifi was fast, all the appliances are in great condition. Beautiful view on Tbilisi from the top balcony. Just keep in mind that parking next to the house is only for one car and there is nearby temporary construction.

Nice and modern apartment in green and quiet place. The host answers really quickly and it was easy to communicate, very friendly. Definitely recommend this place and this host, thank you!

We loved this apartment! The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The host Mariam provided great communication. She responded quickly and answered all of our questions. I would definitely stay at this apartment again!

Всё очень понравилось! Ираклий приятный хост, даже дал нам второй комплект ключей по нашему запросу, обо всём смогли договориться! Единственная проблема была в ручке двери снаружи (была поломана), но там как я понимаю обстоятельства были такие, остальное всё было замечательно!

Жилье очень понравилось. Очень чисто, есть все необходимое для проживания. Всё продумано до мелочей. Улица тихая, рядом метро, автобусная остановка. Все вопросы Майя решает оперативно. Если буду в Тбилиси, то остановлюсь в этом доме. Рекомендую.

Die Wohnung ist einen wirklich guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, die Lage ist super. Guter Standort, das Zentrum ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und die Natur auch nicht weit entfernt. Würde mich wieder für Tamar‘s Air BnB entscheiden! Vielen dank

After checking in it turned out that there was no warm water in the Apartment for the next 3-4 days which was a general problem in the building and beyond the control of the host. The host Roman acted spectacularly fast , was available literally 24/7 and organised everything so that we could quickly and super smoothly move to another, bigger and more expensive flat without having to pay anything extra. Big thanks to Roman for his incredible support and problem solving mindset, absolutely fantastic. Can recommend this host 100%.

Great apartment on the 22nd floor with a great view. There is everything you need for life (but I would also like to have an oven and a dishwasher). There is an Agrohub (good supermarket) right in the building, the metro is 2 minutes walk away, as is McDonald's. The host Vili is very friendly and responsive and always helped with solving any issues that arose. Thank you for a wonderful time.
