Great apartment in the very center of Tbilisi — quiet, cozy, everything is clean. There is everything you need. Very pleased with the large bathroom. The bed creaks a little. It's convenient to walk. We definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, close to buses and metro so you can go pretty much anywhere in Tbilisi. Only negative point is that it's sometimes a bit noisy due to the dogs barking in the building, but otherwise I recommend and surely will to through David for my following trips

Maya is a great host. She is so hospitable. During our stay, she offered what we needed additionally. For example, linens and laundry powders. We could save money and reduce our luggage using the laundry machine. We really appreciate her help and accommodation.

I can recommend Nica'a place for your stay. It is well located in a vital district and organized smart. I had no problems communicating with Nica and would come back in case it will be vacant during my next trip to Tbilisi.

We had an amazing stay at Akaki and Lika's apartment. Fantastic communication thoughout, Lika was incredibly responsive to any messages we sent. Their instructions on how to find them and parking was perfect. It made our arrival in Tbilisi so much easier especially when new to a city! Their apartment is exactly as described and photographed. It was spotless, had tea coffee etc, all the kitchen equipment you would need. We appreciated the special touch of a bottle of fabulous Georgian wine on arrival. The apartment is perfect for exploring Tbilisi, easy walking to all the sites. Highly recommend both the apartment and the hosts. We will definitely be back.

Had an absolute ripper of a stay at Levan’s place! He’s a top bloke—warm, friendly, and super welcoming, making sure everything was spot on from the get-go. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of old Tbilisi. It’s an easy 5–10 minute stroll to Liberty Square and Rustaveli Ave, where you’ll find the metro and plenty of buses to get you wherever you need to go. The apartment is exactly as described and looks just like the photos—no dodgy surprises, just a cosy and comfy spot to call home for a bit. One thing to keep in mind, though: it’s on the fourth floor with no lift, so you’ll be hoofing it up about 90–100 stairs. If you’re not keen on a bit of a climb, that’s something to consider. But here’s the kicker—the effort’s well worth it! The terrace offers a cracking view of the whole city, especially at night when Tbilisi is all lit up. Stunning. All in all, would 100% recommend staying here. Brilliant host, prime location, and a view that’ll knock your socks off.

From start to finish, Teona was a pleasure to work with. She was immediately responsive to every question, at any hour of the day or night. The house was lovely and exactly as described. We loved the en-suite bedrooms plus the extra downstairs powder room. The grandchildren enjoyed playing on the back terrace. The back kitchen was small but sweet. The perfect family getaway!

The place was quite charming and sweet, with a central location that made getting around easy. The door lock was a bit tricky to open, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great old apartment atmosphere We had a wonderful stay at Natia's place in Tbilisi! The flat is very well-located, just a short walk from Station Square where both metro lines meet, making it easy to get around the city. There are also bus stops nearby, which was very convenient for us. The flat itself is very quiet, surrounded by other buildings, and has a great atmosphere. The yard with a remote-controlled gate for parking was a nice touch, providing extra convenience and security. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay – from a kitchen with an oven, fridge, and cooker, to a cozy living room with a TV. It's clear the place was nicely renovated, preserving the old character of the building while offering modern comforts. Communication with Natia was quick and easy, and the check-in process was seamless. We actually ended up extending our stay to explore more of Tbilisi because we enjoyed it so much. Highly recommend!

Wonderful apartments in the center of Tbilisi. The interior is very clean and spacious, with a completely fresh renovation and multiple bathrooms. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The location is extremely convenient—all the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a metro station. The host provided clear check-in instructions, so the process was smooth and hassle-free. We stayed as a family of five and absolutely loved it. If we decide to visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely choose these apartments.

Natia‘s apartment is a well-kept, fully-equipped, clean, cosy and authentic flat in a traditional courtyard house. The location is very close to the Opera and therefore right in the middle of Tbilisi - ideal for any cultural and culinary activity. We felt very much at home there and enjoyed our week in the city a lot. One minor issue with warm water was instantly solved by Natia‘s mother, who lives nearby. We‘d come back with pleasure!

Tamar is a very nice host. She is very much helpful. She told us about all the local markets nearby and place to eat and shop. Her place is in the centre of Tbilisi. Metro and Bus Stop is just 1 min walk. Our checkout was too late, yet she didn’t charge a single penny for that. She is very polite and responsive. I would recommend any person who comes to Tbilisi for visit to stay at her apartment.

Mikheili was extremely helpful, insightful and gracious when we couldn’t find the entrance when arriving from the airport at 2am! He arranged a ride for us to our next destination in Georgia and even allowed us to leave our bags past check out. Would stay again just for him, though the location of the place was extremely walkable!

Giorgi's place was awesome! Super clean and had everything we needed. Giorgi himself was amazing—he lives next door and was always quick to help with anything. He even went out of his way to help my parents, who don’t speak English, with their checkout and getting to the airport. Such a thoughtful host! Would definitely stay here again.

Nina is a friendly and easy-to-speak person, flat is pretty big and clean, but a slow wi-fi inside (less than 40mbps)

We had a lovely stay with our baby at Sofia’s place! The apartment was comfortable and just what we needed, and Sofia was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout. We really appreciated her support and felt very welcome. Highly recommended!

House is just a gem! Location was perfect for us, but also a quick ride into downtown. The house and grounds are all incredible. We were there in the winter and it was lovely, but it must be incredible over the summer. Tamara was a very responsive host. Would highly recommend.

We were a group of 5 friends without children and stayed for 4 nights during May. There were some issues with hot water on the first floor, it was available periodically (no issues on the 2'nd floor). During the bad weather it was quite cold inside, but the heating was turned off until the last day. The home is about 20 minutes from the city center, so I would recommend it only for guests with a car. As other comments already noted, the hosts are living in the same house just behind the wall so that you can hear them sometimes. For us it was not an issue, we didn't feel their presence. It was even helpful when we needed them. They are very nice and polite people, always were glad to help. The house is very nice to spend time in during both, good and bad weather, thank to the pool and the fireplace. The view from the balcony was unexpectedly gorgeous. Good kitchen with almost everything we needed. We glad that we stayed here, we would glad to spend here more time.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!
