The dwelling was as described and exceeded my expectations as the space is wide and the size of the rooms is very large and the home decoration is very beautiful for the old character, but the owner of the house is very interested in it. You will not think that he is old, but old-fashioned. The host is very friendly, fun and tender. When we arrived, he gave us a lot of fruit and it was a very nice reception as he was receiving one of his family members. They loved the place even though our stay was 3 nights but dug in the garbage and days you won't forget with Mamoka Thank you, Mamoka, to make our days happier. I am very excited to get to know you. We'll come back for sure and this place will be our first choice.

Anri has a beautiful garden to dine outside in the evening. Too bad we didn't have more time to spend in Kutaisi.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

We had a great stay at Svetlana's place! The house is very spacious, and our group of five fit comfortably. The communication with Svetlana was smooth and clear, and the check-in and check-out times were flexible and convenient. The house had everything we needed for a short stay, and there was also a parking spot, which was a big plus. Overall, it was a good option for an overnight stay, much better than a hotel. Had a great stay at Irakli's place. The apartment was well equipped and very spacious. In good weather you can have breakfast on the balcony and enjoy the fantastic views. Within walking distance you can reach everything you need bakery, supermarket, ATM and also the city center and sights are within easy walking distance. Irakli always responded quickly and was very helpful. On Easter he even brought us cakes and wine, which was really great! We felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

Brilliant apartment. pleasantly clean, fresh and fragrant. In addition, there is a washing machine in which you can quietly wash things after walking in the mountains, it was pleasant that the host provided us with mini toiletries for the bathroom, towels, slippers and kitchen basics. From my side it was phenomenal and to be repeated. I would like to add that somehow a person from Poland had a problem with the location of the pin where to go. G00gle Maps made it a little difficult to get to the apartment, but the wonderful host mother Nino helped in getting there. 😀

Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

Tinatin was a nice and responsive host sending us all the useful details prior our arrival. There her mom took care of the check in and was responsive when had questions. The appartement is good price/quality ratio and is very well located close to many of the touristic places. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Tinatin apartment.

Accommodation is situated a few minutes away from Kutaisi Central Square and it's equipped with all the amenities . It's not spotless there are some stains, dust which could be improved but that's nothing serious. The fact that house is split in 2 floors (ground floor kitchen with living room, 1st floor bedrooms) is bit inconvenient as there is no indoor staircase which means you always have to go outside to move between floors. Otherwise I would recommend this accommodation to anyone who's planning to stay in Kutaisi.
