Relaxing at a stylish and cozy place, watching gold sunsets, green hills and white-purple Caucasus are what we love about this place and hopefully you will feel great here too. - 2 minutes from groceries - 5 minutes from the central park - 10 minutes from Be-Healthy, restaurant-bar of Tskaltubo Plaza Hotel, bank. The appartement is on a 5th floor. No lift, great way to keep in shape! The building is from the soviet era and looks like a granny: wrinkled from outside, warm and lovely inside❤️

The location was good close to the centre, interesting design and nice outside, felt authentic to be in this place. Great bed and there is an air fryer in the kitchen and thats amazing 😅

Marine's place is very centrally located, yet it's not directly on the main street. Even though it's on the ground floor, it's pretty quiet, and we liked it a lot. As mentioned, its central location provides good access to many attractions in Kutaisi. My family and I really enjoyed the cozy apartment and our time there. Communication with Marine was simple and without any problems.

The sleeping area features a spacious bed with a light duvet and two pillows, complemented by a blue accent wall. A wooden nightstand is positioned beside the bed, and a dresser is visible across the room. Natural light streams in, enhancing the simple decor.

From the first moment, Svetlana warmly welcomed you and gave a small tour of the accommodation. Nothing was missing in terms of amenities, and at breakfast we were even allowed to try Svetlana's homemade pastries. It was a very nice experience, and we'd love to come back for a conversation with the host and for another night at the place.

Great accomodation for a family with plenty of space and a beautiful garden. The house has a great atmosphere with a bear fur on the wall, wooden floor, goats in the neighbours garden. Bathroom with a washing machine is spaceful and clean. There is no problem with parking in front of the house. The host is very friendly and helpful.

One of the best Airbnb’s ever! Its really on another level, I can say it was the best place I ever rented ! The rooms, the outside area, the living room, the fireplace, the terrace and the swimming pool were all on another level, extremely clean, well equipped. Gaga requested that the cleaner for the swimming pool has to come in the moring to clean the swimming pool and the filter, eventhough the swimming pool was clear as glass. This place is suitable to be rented for long periods with no issues. The kitchen is also very well equipped and maintained. The outside bbq grill is also very nice and has good ventilation. One small thing is that I didn’t find the washing machine, I don’t know if there was one. I didn’t ask Gaga for it beacuse I didn’t stay for a long time. But if its missing, its really worth it to have one in this great place.
