It was clean and well organized

The flat is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and located on one of the most important streets in Yerevan. It has good access to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, etc; most of Kentron's important places are easily walkable, including the museums, Republic Square, and the Opera. The rooms are clean, the balcony is nice (and has a good view), and the flat came with all equipment and facilities I needed. Overall, it was very good for my stay in Yerevan.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

Our family recently stayed at this great apartment in Yerevan for a month, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Yerevan and next to the Cascade, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, filled with a wonderful selection of art and architecture books and magazines. This gave the place a cozy, homey atmosphere, unlike the typical cold hotel rooms. Our host Susanna greeted us with traditional Armenian gata (sweet pastries), which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we encountered a few issues with the internet and hot water, but our hosts were incredibly responsive and resolved these problems immediately. Their attentiveness and quick action were greatly appreciated. Our kids also loved the apartment, and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Осталась в полном восторге от этого жилья! Квартира очень уютная, чистая и продуманная до мелочей. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания было на месте: удобная кровать, хорошая кухня с техникой, стиральная машина, быстрый Wi-Fi. Особенно порадовали приятные мелочи — чай/кофе, косметика в ванной и удобства для гостей. Хозяйка заслуживает отдельной благодарности! Очень отзывчивая, доброжелательная и всегда на связи. Помогла с заселением, создала по-настоящему тёплую атмосферу. Расположение тоже отличное — тихий район, но в шаговой доступности магазины, кафе и транспорт. Однозначно рекомендую и с удовольствием вернусь снова! 🌟 **10/10!**

Our stay at Arsen's place was one of the happiest in our long Airbnb history. I've put all the obvious/objective points in my ratings, but there is another thing on top of and in addition to everything else: the location. It's not bang in the city centre, which we didn't want anyway, and so it was completely quiet and at the same time gave us the opportunity for wonderful evening walks down the Cascade, and views of Ararat are great from this part of the city. So, as on our first trip to Yerevan, we didn't go for a more obvious super central location, and we were that much happier for it. Arsen has been a perfect host throughout our stay and we hope as many people as possible discover this for themselves.

everything was great . close to cascade. the sound of metro ends after 00:00. so not a big deal . The garden was serene. house was super clean

Andranik’s place is superb. I really felt at home at their place. Very cozy and peaceful. The host is very responsive and hospitable. They allowed for early check-in and late check-out. Because of these we fully enjoyed our stay in Armenia. The time in Armenia was well-spent. All-in-all it was great. Thanks for their hospitality.

Alles vorhanden, was man so braucht, hervorragender Ausblick vom Balkon aus. Die Wohnung ist blitz sauber. Das Bett unheimlich bequem. Zara war fast jederzeit erreichbar und hat sofort auf Nachrichten geantwortet. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur jedem empfehlen.

Die Lage war direkt im Zentrum alles in der Nähe, und der Gastgeber hat uns mit alle Fragen geholfen, vielen Dank gerne wieder.
