The cabin dream - with its own sauna

Enjoy quiet days in a cozy cabin with a brand new wood-fired sauna, perfect for relaxing after trips in the mountains or a day on the slopes. The cabin is large (109 sqm), spacious and open. The surrounding area has good hiking conditions both on foot, on skis and by bike. There is an opportunity for hunting and fishing. Right outside the door there is a well-developed network of well-prepared ski slopes. There is a short distance to the alpine facilities in Trysilfjellet (25 minutes) and Sälen (35 minutes). Here you have proximity to activities in summer and winter.

Simple cabin with everything you normally need.

This is a simple cabin with everything you usually need for a stay. We use it ourselves and have equipped the cabin with what we normally need to be there... even simple internet 10mbit. Walking distance to the grocery stores Kiwi and Rema1000. Short distance to the main roads that take you up towards the Trysil mountain for slalom, cross-country skiing, biking, climbing, etc. At check-out - the place should look like it was when you arrived, i.e. vacuum, wash and clean yourself. Nice for us and the next person who wants to rent :-) Bring bed linen!

Ski-in in winter and cross-country ski trails right outside the balcony. In summer, golf, bike trails, climbing park, hiking trails, training tracks for roller skiing are in close proximity. Walking distance to Radisson Blu Resort with spa, restaurants and activities. The ski bus stops below the cabin, with quick access to the lifts and the alpine facility.

New perfect location in Trysil

Welcome to our cozy cabin in the mountains of Fageråsen in Trysil. The cabin is located at 850 meters above sea level and at the very top of Fageråsen. At our cabin you have ski in/ski out and only 50 meters to the mountain. Right below is Trysil Høyfjellsenter with ski lifts, restaurants, grocery store, sports shop, ski rental, ski school and children's slope etc. Right above the cabin there are ski tracks and bike trails that go around the entire Trysil mountain. Perfect for the whole family in summer and winter.

Velkommen til vår tradisjonelle fjellhytte som tilbyr den perfekte blandingen mellom plassen du trenger og den koselige hyttefølelsen. Hytta har alle bekvemmeligheter du trenger og som en ekstra bonus kan du nyte en dukkert i boblebadet eller kose deg med en kopp te foran peisen. Sengetøy og håndklær kan bestilles mot tillegg i prisen, NOK 200,- pr. person (sengesett + et stort og et lite håndkle). Forlat hytta med en lett opprydding og vi vil gjøre storrengjøringen etter at du har dratt.

The cabin is located on the southern slope of Trysilfjellet where there are good transport routes to the alpine slopes. The cabin overlooks the valley. There are cross-country ski trails nearby. The cabin is newly renovated in 2021 and has, among other things, new windows/doors, a new kitchen and a new bathroom. New mattresses/duvets/pillows of good quality. Bed sets/towels can be rented for 200 per set. This must be ordered 14 days in advance to ensure it can be delivered.

The high mountain is just behind the cabin area. There is a bus directly from Oslo to the turnaround a few hundred meters from the cabin. Welcome to Fageråsen. The cabin is nicely located near the hotel "Skistar Lodge Trysil". Approx. 10 minutes walk to the mountain center with restaurants and shops. During the summer season, the cabin is a nice starting point for both cycling and walking. Winter season: About 100 meters to/from the transport lift F6 that takes you straight to the hills of Fageråsen. From here you can get to all the slopes in Trysilfjellet. Only rent to adult groups.
