Really good location with a lot of shops nearby: supermarkets, coffee shops, pizza places… You name it! The building has a bus stop in front of it and it is 15min walking from the subway. I will definitely go back when going to Kyiv!

Nice, spacious and clean apartment, with a baby was much more comfortable than a hotel. Nearby there are two metro stations, shops, cafes and restaurants, all within walking distance. The owner provided extremely clear check-in instructions and general rules. There are only positive experiences left. Thank you Artem for your hospitality, the next time you visit Kiev, this place will be the first in search.

Great house to relax and reboot. Value for money is great! The house has a sauna and hot tub, which is cool. You can sit by the fire in the fireplace, you can outdoors, you can go to a local restaurant. The food is delicious, the service is quick and customer-oriented. You can park inside a protected area. I have the best experience, I recommend it!
