The house is located on the territory of the Upper Dubai eco complex in a clean area surrounded by pine forest and lake. The complex has several facilities for accommodation: a house with a fireplace, a house with a bath, apartments for 4 people, separate rooms for 2, 3, 6 people. The Desna River flows nearby, 5 km from the Kiev Sea. All buildings are made of natural wood and in Ukrainian style. There is a mini zoo, children's and volleyball playground, bicycle rental on the premises. The distance to Kiev is 30 km.

The house is fully equipped with furniture and appliances. Reed roof, wooden structures, insulation. Shops, pharmacy and Nova Poshta are within a walking distance. Fiber optic internet up to 200 Mbps, security alarm with alarm button, security guard in 5 minutes. The perfect place to live outside the city.

Будинок знаходиться у селі Вища Дубечня Вишгородського району. Побудований 2017 року з бруса. Площа - 108 м.кв. На першому поверсі є велика вітальня-кухня, дві спальні, пічка, санвузол. На другому - велика спальня, санвузол. На території - мангал, яма для вогнища, дровник. Будинок має дві тераси, на балкон можна увійти через відкидну ляду з вулиці. Затишне місце для відпочинку невеликої компанії. Ми називаємо наш будинок Villa Porta Blu, бо маємо блакитні вхідні двері.
