Tienes a 2 minutos supermercados y fast foods cerca y acceso rapido al expreso. Isla Verde Beach 12min, Condado 23m y old San juan 25min, Yunque 35 min.

Puerto Rico esta atravesando por la mayor crisis energetica para una mejor estadia contamos con energia renovable ( placas solares donde siempre tendras luz.) Totalmente privada en área tranquila a 8 minutos del aeropuerto, de area turistica con restaurantes,bares, playas A 5 minutos un Walgrees y supermercados. .Nota aclaratoria,las losas del piso están raspadas por maletas defectuosas . Only 7 minutes from the airport and 8 minutes from the beach. 1 minute from the apt has fast foods, supermarket and pharmacies. Only 20 minutes from San Juan and 25 from El Yunque. A lot of beach option very near. 6 minutes away on foot theres a PR RESTAURANT GABYS LECHONERA and COFEE GARAGE next door. Which is perfect for lunch/dinner (pernil, ribs, chicken, batata and more) and a great cup of coffee to start your day. Parking is in inside the house not in the street!!
