In its sorroundings there are also farmacies, transportation services, a post office, stores for shopping,beaches and Cathedrals. The apartment is a 10 minutes drive to the Convention Center and 20 minutes to the international airport,. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.
