Plenty of light and space to relax in our cozy hide away loft apartment with spectacular views of Mt Rose and the Sierras. Sleeps 2 adults. A parking spot is included. This property is ideally located close, 30 to 40 minutes, to excellent outdoor attractions such as skiing at one of the many ski resorts or enjoying one of the beaches at Lake Tahoe, hiking, and historic Virginia City.

This is a fantastic in-law/guest house located in a great neighborhood in Sparks, NV. The space is private with a keypad lock and includes one-bedroom with a queen bed, a living room w/ a TV and modular sectional sofa that can be used as a bed, a kitchenette (w/ a hot plate & convection oven), and a washer & dryer. The space has WiFi, cable, and complimentary coffee & Tide Pods. The location is just a few minutes away from Downtown Reno. Similarly, it is about an hour drive (or less) to Tahoe.

Brand new construction, this chic one bedroom, one bathroom unit has its own kitchen with washer/dryer. A perfect hideaway for a couple or a single person looking to get away. The main house is our full time residence, and we happily share our patio and bbq. NO pets allowed. There is a 13% Transient Occupancy Tax added to each stay - TOT.
