My family and I did a last minute trip we found this place and as soon as we seen the pictures booked it right away. When we got there the view was so amazing we got there pretty late but in the morning my kids where really excited for the view and the snow they fell in love with the place as well as we did it was really cozy and beautiful just perfect for a get away from the city. We loved the fact that everything is so close by, the restaurants around are really good we really didn’t have to drive far and as well for the sliding park everything was 10 min away from the place. We were really happy to have booked this place and will recommend to anyone that is looking to have a wonderful vacation. Rouzbeh was really kind he communicated really fast with our question. Just remember when you book the place make sure you read the instructions on how to get there it’s pretty straightforward and easy to get there. Thank you for letting us have this beautiful experience at your place Rouzbeh

This was one of the best short term stays I’ve had. The townhouse had a fully stocked kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were functional, and the place was tastefully decorated. They even had some toys for our young kids to play with. I look forward to coming back!

Dessi'splace a 5 🌟. A really amazing location ⛱️ with so many amenities that she offered and provided. Walking distance to grocery stores, a quick bite to eat, A 10 minute walk to The ski run marina 🛳. Also a shuttle bus near by.. Dessi is responsive, with good communication and gave us recommendations about what to do. Thank you for having us.

We had a nice long weekend at Dustin’s home. Easy and prompt communication. Check in was a breeze. The home was cozy, updated and safe, just as pictured and described. Beds and furniture were comfy. Loved the special decorative touches throughout the home. It is a relaxing and private property with short drives to activity hubs and restaurants. Would love to stay here again. Thanks Dustin!

Jennifer’s place was just as described, perfect for our group of 5 for everyone to have their own space. Great location right on Lake Tahoe and 5 min drive to the mountains and village. Amenities were close and accessible and perfect for winding down after long days in mountain. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when we are back in town!

We had a great stay in this wonderful unit. It was clean, updated, and well-stocked. We did not hear any road noise (it was winter, so the windows were closed). There is no washer in the unit, but there is an inexpensive laundry room on-site (the machines take credit cards, which is great because we had no coins). The host was very helpful and responsive when we had any questions. The location is perfect - right on the beach and very close to Heavenly ski resort.

We had an amazing stay. Beautiful property with trails and great morning jogs… and bark house river access within 10 min max, walk each way (note return is a bit of a trek with the hill but our 4 year old made it so should be reasonable for most people). Our car had a little trouble in some steep spots coming back from the bark house but managed in the end (not 4 wheel drive), so may want to be careful and keep in mind, but I think our tires are due for a change, maybe that had an impact. Ultimately Walking there was a better option for us, and there’s a trail option as well which is easier but a little longer. Alicia let us use their private beach as well which was magical (usage based on their schedule and availability) (also keep in mind some steepish terrain and a walk down). Our house was perfect for our family of 3. Very spacious and comfortable beds. Farm provided seasonal fruit and veggies every day which was amazing. We def plan to come back next year!!

Great townhouse at the Tahoe Lake front with amazing view. It was a bit tricky to find at first after parking. Very well stocked house. Kitchen is so nice that it felt like at home. The only thing is the knifes are too dull (even after I tried to sharpen them) :) Safeway and plenty restaurants nearby. It was very easy to figure out what to eat. Jimmy was very responsive, when we accidentally locked outs of the first floor bathroom he came by in 5 minutes with several keys to open it.

Brook’s place is amazing. The location is walking to everything in Kings Beach but also very quiet. The photos don’t do the yard justice, it’s GIANT. The house is spacious and cozy. It is very well thought out and has everything you could need for a long term stay. Brook is a great host, super communicative and friendly. We were so lucky to find the place and can’t wait to be back. Thank you!!!
